I walked into this Target with no intentions of buying a 4k Blu-ray player. I saw they had one listed for $99. I thought it was a great deal until I walked up front to pay. Turns out it was $249. I informed the clerk the tag was listed for $99 a sony 4k Blu-ray player. The supervisor/manager on duty asked for somebody to verify the price. At the time that person looked at the wrong price and said $249. What the supervisor could do is shed off $50 and make it $200. I said, "can I walk with you back there and show you what I saw?". The supervisor said no, but somone can meet you back there. I walked back there and showed the person on duty what was listed. They checked the warehouse target online and nothing came up. I was thinking to myself then why is it listed for $99? I was then transferred to guest services and a LOD to approve of the $99 sale. The same supervisor/manager was called over again, but this time, she could not look at me in the eyes or address me directly. She spoke as if I wasn't even there. She told the electronics associate "yeah, I already talked to them. I told the customer I could only do $200". Embarrassed and confused, I told them that I was going to pass on the DVD player, and walked out with my other purchases. I am always an extremely respectful customer. I'm not sure why they couldn't match the price to make up for their mistake, and why they had to be so rude towards me. I regret to say that i will not be shopping at Target again after the way I was treated tonight. I was in the store 1/20/18 at approximately 5:45 to 6:30pm PD.

Rebecca an employee that works there is supper sweet and works hard , however the store is dirty and the bathrooms are not taken care of . At this point it’s like going to Walmart . I took a photo of what it is like walking into the store. Behind the wall of the self check out it is so filthy with garbage and old toys . I think management team is lazy because I told Shelby a while ago and yet it is still filthy . I feel like if we go into a place of business and spend money we at least deserve the respect of having a clean environment.

I've loved this target ever since it opened in my area. The new store upgrade are freaking awesome. Everything is always clean and there are always worker around to assist you. Today I'm here before it opens and the parking lot looks ruff. There is all kinds of plastic trash and glass all over. At least two parking spots has glass from broken car windows. Also there are shoping carts all around and even tossed in the trees and bushes between parking spaces. Plus one scooter that two kids decide to ride around in.

Do Not, I repeat, DO NOT SIGN UP FOR TARGET RED CARD. It’s the biggest hassle & headache to get to the card mailed to the correct address & to close the account if needed, awkwardly the company requests MORE personal information from you to CLOSE your account than to OPEN it. Truly outrageous, my card was sent to an incorrect address and was returned to the sender, I found out only from an email that stated “ACTIVE YOUR RED CARD TODAY”, puzzled knowing I never received the card, I called customer service. I was told to fax in my License front & back, my social security card front & back and a recent utility bill. When I explained I’d rather close the account if that’s what was required to get my card sent to the correct address, the woman then told me if I wanted to do ANYTHING with the card, including CANCELLING IT, they wanted all the previous documents listed, faxed or copies mailed... When I signed up for the card I only had my ID & social security number not on a card, but only memorized. I proceeded to call this target, which is where I got the card, asked to speak to a manager or supervisor regarding how absurd the information I had been just given was and had hoped there was an alternative solution to be offered. Instead I was bounced around between two associates, then told the manager and supervisors are busy and to call later, I told the woman I had a very serious issue with the red card and I needed to speak to someone immediately, that I had already been on hold 15 minutes, she told me to wait, I was put on hold again for another 5+ minutes and then hung up on, not a single supervisor or manager could bother to answer a phone call within a 20 minute span of time. They deliberately make the card harder to close than to open, requiring next to nothing to open an account (I’ve seen an employee take an ID the customer explained was expired) they are so concerned and focused on selling those cards, willing to compromise their customers. I never thought I’d see the day Walmart moral surpassed Target’s.

Truly disgusted and...
