Ordered online and paid for my order online . Walked into establishment at the current pick time listed on email 5:45pm. Approached the counter and asked the pregnant lady how can I pick up my order . The lady responds are you here for door dash or a pick up . I replied a pick up that I ordered . The lady while packing food into bags says you need to stand in line . I’m like stand in line but I ordered my food and paid for my food . But because I don’t like making a scene . I stood in the long line . When I seen a new bag be placed onto counter !!!! I approached the counter again asking can I pick up my food . The guy and lady both had ignored me and kept walking by like I was invisible. So I asked again a little louder and then the lady attention turned to me and I repeated my ? . Is my food ready ? I’m not standing in line with customers waiting to order food . That’s not ok. Nor is it respectful to a customer that paid online 45 min ago . Then the lady had an attitude and the whole time my food was sitting on the counter. Unacceptable behavior as a customer service rep. If you can’t handle communicating with all customers the same then find a different position. If you’re pregnant you shouldn’t be working with customers if your patience is on irrelevant behavior. Then I paid for extra sour cream no extra sour cream was on my burrito. So dry and distasteful. I eat burritos and tacos all the time for over 30 years and for establishment to charge extra for items that in the United States eat on entrees and not to even put it on it’s like you’re stealing and not doing your job properly. The price is outrageous . Smh...

The menu is short and simple, no need to think alot, get to the point and order! I've tried about almost everything, burrito, tacos, and quesadilla, the meat is tender, juicy and flavorfulll! Yes I mean full of flavors! I would rate this taco shop the top 3 of Sacramento. Every other taco shops the meat is just not the same. Anyways, I come here at least once a week or other week since I work close by, I do recommend the orange sauce! It's best to go in and try for yourself! Love the home-made handmade tortillas! Love it, try eating just the tortilla by itself. Youll undertstand what i am saying. The service is great, I could say better than most franchises, owner is very magnanimous when it comes to them messing up the order by accident. Owner gave me a free meal even tho It was my mistake by the misunderstanding. Very good guy. That's why I would keep on coming back! And of course because the food is deeelicious! The atmosphere is great, I get it, it's like a grab n go type of thing but of course if you want to sit and eat, there are seatings. Also, there was a secret menu, not anymore, but Bring back the...

BEST BURRITO IN SACRAMENTO

I am not originally from Sac but I moved here for work nearly a year ago. I came here from an area with amazing and real Mexican food, so I've been searching for something that lives up to it and most places haven't lived up to that standard. This place, while not quite the taste I'm used to, totally lived up to that standard

This burrito was delicious, no two ways about it. It was filled with more steak and cheese than I thought possible while still having other stuff in it. But let me tell you, that steak and cheese is high quality stuff. It was also extremely large for $12, which I like a lot

Also, the green sauce is quite possibly the best green sauce I've ever tasted in my life. Like, I will dream of this green sauce. I wish I had the recipe. They give you two free sauces and both of mine are gonna be green sauce

Meanwhile, my friend got the carne asada quesadilla and enjoyed it a lot. I can't speak for it personally, but it looked GOOD

Overall, I will absolutely be back. I suggest anyone looking for a real burrito in...

Delicious handmade tortillas. Guacamole is included on the tacos (!), which are delicious. I liked the puerco adobado and carne asada best. Longaniza/chorizo was a little bland. Chicken was okay. Burrito de carne asada (bistec) was delicious and huge w lots of meat. Super flavorful. Dining area is clean, but could use some decoration or ambience. I wished they would use less wax paper squares (on taco plate) because it is unnecessary and wasteful for a single-use, especially for dine-in. The salsa naranja and salsa guajillo are both creamy style (lots of oil). I wished for a spicy salsa that was not creamy so the meal would be less heavy. The chilito was helpful. Also the window says tacos al carbón but I'm not sure where they are grilling over charcoal? That said, everything was good and I'll come back for sure. $30 to share between 2 people, including a can of soda.

Quite possibly the best taco I've ever had. The chorizo was cooked beautifully - rich, flavorful, and perfectly seasoned. I’ll admit, I hadn’t read the menu closely and didn’t realize guacamole was included in the price, so its arrival was a pleasant surprise. I’m quite fond of guacamole, so that worked out just fine. The taco was generously packed with meat, which was fantastic. However, this abundance also highlighted the taco’s only real weakness: it was served on a single corn tortilla. With no second layer for structural support, the taco began to fall apart as I ate. I found myself trying to hold it together, and while it was a bit of a struggle, the flavor did make worth the effort. I would recommend ordering double layered if you want to avoid this. I also appreciated the simplicity of the menu - no mumbo-jumbo.
