Chaii — Restaurant in Sacramento

I recently visited Chaii in East Sacramento and had an incredible experience! Muhammad and Anees are amazing managers who ensure the service is both friendly and professional. The staff was very quick and efficient, making my visit even more enjoyable.

I tried the Mango Kulfi Shake and it was absolutely delicious! I've never had a kulfi shake before, and this one was so unique and tasty. The addition of tapioca pearls and falooda made it even more special—truly a historic blend of flavors! All the ingredients were incredibly fresh and delicious.

I love this location and can't wait to return to try more items on the menu. I look forward to seeing more Chaii locations around town....

I think this is a really great community coffee spot - coffee and service are always great. It’s a shame this place is always empty when I go - I’d hate to see them closed down. Now, I have no idea what the reality of their business plan is but I’m afraid the owners are missing a huge chunk of business because of their hours. If they open early (like other coffee shops), they can get the working crowd and the entire high school that’s right down the street. Considering that the parking situation Is less than ideal AND there are tons of students literally walking right past the store everyday, this seems like a missed opportunity for business. I'm a big chai latte lover, so I've been waiting for them to open. I've stopped by twice so far, and each time, I've enjoyed my drink and food. The energy and atmosphere are also nice, which makes sitting indoors enjoyable.

They have your staple cappucino, cafe latte, mocha, frappe, and so forth. But they also offer other unique flavors and blends that are not common offerings at other cafes. Their menu is an opportunity to take "a taste trip around the world" with drinks like an Iced Spanish Latte, Pista Kulfi, or a build your own Thai tea.
