I am a licensed professional for over 20 years that has frequent this location. I also refer clients to this hair store specifically. I walked in and hopes to purchase a great amount of hair and hair supplies. I was told that licensed professionals get a discount.

After reminding the cashier about the discount...he stated that I would get taxes free... They no longer give beautician discounts. After calculating my own items I came to the conclusion that I had no discount, and paid all my taxes plus.

After confronting the young man about a itemized receipt which he stated he could not supply me with...and after me doing my own calculation ...I realize not only did he lie about a discount. Awesome selection and Heaven was so helpful! We came in just to browse but both my mom and sister walked out very happy with new wigs. Heaven helped us try on a selection of styles we were interested in, gave tips on how to wear the wigs they chose, and ran to the back several times to find different colors of a wig.
