Warhammer — Local services in Saint Augustine

I've never had better service! I called ahead to have them put an item away for my husbands Christmas gift and said I would be in, in a couple of hours to buy it. With no problem, the wonderful lady there did it for me. When I arrived to buy it, my 20 month old was deep asleep and needed a nap. So my plan was to park temporarily in the very front of the store, leave my car on and run in real quick to buy it. Well I couldn't do that because someone was waiting on Chinese food from there. So I called the store and explained the situation and asked when they closed so I could come back. Instead the lady took my transaction over the phone and then walked it outside to me. When I told my friends I was going to a Warhammer store they told me to expect amazing customer service and Elizabeth exceeded my wildest hopes. She was friendly and helpful, very knowledgeable and eager to order what the store didn't have and send it straight to me. I told her about my personal hobby project and she was immediately excited about it and had helpful advice to offer. She also took one look at my wife and hooked her up with some free starter minis and invited her to a painting class. Awesome store. Elizabeth walked us through paints and helped us decide what we would need for a full set. There were even a few fellows painting and they were happy to show us what they were working on and what the different paints looked like on models.
