Prior to sharing my experiences, I have provided patience, understanding, and calls to the location managers. My most recent experiences in which lead to me here started with getting home with a 30 piece nugget and ZERO sauce. The problem here is that this wasn't the first time they have done this. So sitting down to feed 3 kids with nuggets and whatever sauce I could find in the fridge was a bit frustrating so I called, spoke with a manager and was told I would receive a 30 pcs nugget as a replacement for my prior and current experiences. This was never seen. Second next large frustration was a few weeks following when I ordered a cobb salad with grilled chicken nuggets and no corn just to find that they made the salad exactly the way the menu describes again I returned with the salad and ordered the same original salad and left with hot grilled chicken lettuce and NO DRESSING. This salad was for my husband who is doing keto and is very strict and specific with his diet. So that night was a complete fail and he went without eating dinner. Following visit about a week following. My order included 2 large fries in which were not even warm, had no color aside from white, limp and soggy and was filled about the size of a small order placed inside of a large box. I called and explained what I had just received from his store and what my past experiences were as well as that I have called previously was told I would have it made up to me by providing me the replacement of my nuggets and I never received them etc, etc, etc. I then was told I would receive my 30 pc nugget replacement and a replacement for 3 large fries to go above and truly make it up to me. Well tonight I came through for my replacement ordered my 30 pcs nugget only given 2 large fries (I'm still alive) and specific sauces ordered. I pulled out of the drive thru line to pull over and check my bag and found again NO SAUCE! Stopped and parked to catch one of the delivery drivers to ask her if I could bother her for some sauce they did not provide at the window, her face was not shocked at all then I waited with my food getting nice and cold while she ran to get my sauces. This is my money, time and choice to bring these to chik fil a with faith they will improve but nothing. My frustration lies with the fact that this is consistent and NOT THE CHICK FIL A way of business. When going to any location there is a certain level of service you have grown to expect. Now being above and beyond is not my expectation but providing quality chik fil a brand and representing the name with fulfilment and less frustration...
Read moreI am delighted to share my outstanding experience at Chick-fil-A, thanks to the exceptional service provided by Sherrie. After a challenging morning dealing with delivery routes and the impending storm, my husband (a retired Navy Senior Chief of 22 years) and I sought a bite to eat. Despite our plans being disrupted by the weather, our day took a turn for the better upon encountering Sherrie's kindness and professionalism. (I am sorry if I spelled your name wrong, although she is the sweet lady with blonde hair who helped us when adding two chocolate chip cookies at the last minute).
Having initially encountered poor treatment at a neighboring establishment, we decided to head to Chick-fil-A. From the moment we pulled into the drive-thru, we were met with warmth and courtesy from the young lady who took our order. She even extended a military discount to my husband, demonstrating genuine consideration for his service.
However, it was Sherrie who truly shone as a beacon of exceptional service. Her beaming smile and genuine enthusiasm greeted us as we reached the window. The positivity radiating from her was a breath of fresh air. Even before we could express our request, Sherrie assured us that she was ready to assist with anything we needed. Her willingness to go above and beyond was evident in her response, and her cheerful demeanor was infectious.
Sherrie's outstanding customer service left an indelible impression on us. Not only did she fulfill our request with enthusiasm, but she also took the time to listen as we recounted the disappointing experience we had earlier at Steak 'n Shake. It was a stark contrast to the negativity we had encountered earlier. Sherrie's approach exemplified the core values of great customer service – empathy, attentiveness, and a genuine desire to make a positive impact on customers' lives.
In a world where exceptional service is often rare, Sherrie's demeanor and commitment to excellence truly stood out. Her positivity, warm smile, and willingness to assist without hesitation turned what could have been a forgettable meal into a memorable experience. As my husband and I embark on our hour-long journey back home amidst challenging weather conditions, it's the memory of Sherrie's exceptional service that will stay with us. Chick-fil-A is fortunate to have a team member like Sherrie who embodies the spirit of service and creates a lasting positive impression on customers. Sherrie, God...
Read moreI have labored mentally over this review. I am a former employee of this particular Chick Fil A, and know the operator. However, some experiences of the last few weeks have left me concerned as to the future of the store. Customer Service seems to have slipped somewhat. Out of the last 5 visits, 3 of them have had order issues: food left out or the order wrong. I spoke with the manager on two occasions, and was less than impressed with him. He was argumentative and made excuses on both occasions. I did give them 3 stars for Service, due to the fact that they have some wonderful people who work very hard for their customers. But, there are also many there who aren't so wonderful, and really don't particularly embrace Chick Fil A's vision and purpose. It is like any restaurant; it depends on who you get. I usually go during breakfast. The drive thru line is extremely slow and the restaurant always seems short staffed. Don't go through the Drive Thru if you don't have 20 minutes; that's about the average. That seems contrary to public need; in the morning I'm usually in a hurry to get to work. The staff on the morning shift have verbally expressed to me the issues of being short staffed in the morning: stating that more staff come on duty at 9. Maybe schedule more people in the morning? When the Drive Thru line is wrapped around the building, there should be more than one line open to take orders. My last issue is the cost of the food. Chick Fil A has become rather expensive. I can go sit down in a diner and get a good breakfast for less than I can pay to get Chick Fil A fast food. I know food costs are up, but I also know Chick Fil A makes quite a bit of money. Perhaps they can afford to cut costs a bit, for their customers? I don't eat there as often as I used to, for this reason.
Just some thoughts. The food is always very good. The service is usually pretty good. I will be back,...
