Drive thru review for 10-8-2019. 5stars Note this is the Narcoossee store 4899. Off of 192 and Narcoossee Rd. Yes for this i went to the other end of town to see if its any better. I again ordered sausage grilled breakfast burritos 4 this time. Whats this. Omg filled with eggs and sausage + hot.

Drive thru review for 10-7-2019. 3stars store 3601. Off of 192 and Neptune Rd. The cashier allison was nice. The food was made correct and hot. Might be some of the best food ive gotten in awhile from taco bell. But i also had to wait 10 minutes for only 2 mini chicken quesadillas. They were dead and i was the only person in the drive thru.

Drive thru review for 10-5-2019. 1star store 3601. Off of 192 and Neptune Rd. Today i ordered 5 sausage grilled breakfast burritos and 2 sausage flatbread quesadillas. Sadly the breakfast burritos served at McDonald's gives you more for your buck. These where flat as pancakes and had almost no eggs or sausage in them. If i had wanted a quesadilla with cheese i could of made it myself at home. Needless to say we tossed it all in the trash and i took my family out to Chick fil A. Then we all enjoyed a good breakfast that was made correct.

Drive thru review for 10-2-2019. 1star store 3601. Off of 192 and Neptune Rd. I got to get the new loaded cheddar box. Any box i get i always upgrade the drink it used to be only 0.10 now its 0.20 still not to bad. But no large cups. Ok i guess ill just take the drink it comes with. I then place my $5 loaded cheddar box order and ask for hard tacos. Whats that your out of hard tacos too?! I would of just gotten out of line but since i had people behind me and in front i wasnt able to leave. So i took what i could get and figured i would just be back another day to get it the way i wanted. Also on top of all that i never got my receipt.

Drive thru review for 5-14-2019 1star store 3601 You know when you go out to eat and place and order saying i dont want X and i swear to god they give you extra of X. It was one of those days. One of my new favorite places to go is Wawa. Now they dont offer tacos per say but if you wanted steak or chicken wrap more or less like a taco you can order that and so far my orders at Wawa have been 100% correct. Plus Wawas staff is...

We have been coming to this taco bell for several years now. At one point two years ago this was probably one of the best ran taco bells I have ever personally experienced both in service and quality of the food and how it's presented to you.

I am not sure what has changed in the past 12 months but it seems to me as though this location is not running as good as it is use to. The food quality and presentation can be hit or miss and they often seem to make mistakes such as not removing toppings or requesting something be grilled extra so it is crispy rather than it just being warmed.

I will say the food at this location does definitely taste better and is served better than the 2200 Old Canoe Creek location. That store for some reason just fails to provide quality food both in presentation and always seems undercooked or served very cool.

QUICK TIP FOR THIS LOCATION: I would still recommend eating here just make sure you are ready to double check your order before you leave this location (especially if eating out) as they need to be handheld and babysat so you make sure you get your order right and get the Items you often either pay extra or ask for such as sauce. They do seem to better when ordering from the app or online since you can customize exactly how you want for some reason but be very cautious when giving order in person.

Recommendation to Taco Bell: If you are a manager or owner of this location please take the time to check on the service experience aspect of this location. This is really the area that needs to most focus here as there doesn't seem to be accountability when we as repeat customers can usually always have at least one issue. I can only imagine what other people experience that may not take the time to share. You are our home location and we would love to continue to support you and hope this store can returns to the awesome state it was in...

this location sucks. if youre gonna go to a taco bell, go to the one on narcoossee bc this one is terrible. drinks always taste disgusting, idk if they dont clean their machines or what. ordered a pepsi and a starry, said they were out of starry so got 2 pepsi’s…. horrible, went straight to the trash. theyre always out of everything. my hubby even got 2 chicken crunchwraps and they said they were out of chicken so he had to get steak instead like??? whos making the orders for this taco bell?? if u order on the app, might as well check your order at the window when u get it because that always mess it up. im vegan so i always get no cheese/sour cream and black beans instead. i ordered 2 black bean tacos w NO CHEESE NO SOUR CREAM and i go to eat the taco and i see a few pieces of cheese on it like they accidentally put it on there but then just wiped it off…. i have a DAIRY ALLERGY so if i consume ANY dairy i will be in EXCRUCIATING pain. and the fact that these workers thought it was cute to give me my taco like that is pure laziness. i also asked for 6 fire sauces in my mobile order, not a single sauce was in the bag, no napkins either. like wow what are these ppl even getting paid for??? narcoossee taco bell has my heart and i will NEVER be coming back to this...
