We absolutely LOVED our stay here!!!
We stayed for 2 nights in the Josephine suite in March 2025. From the moment we stepped foot into Mulberry Inn until we left we were treated like royalty! From the freshly baked cookies waiting for us at checkin to the amazing freshly cooked breakfasts each morning, this place is incredible! We're definitely planning on coming back!
Room: We stayed in the Josephine suite on the 2nd level; which had a small balcony looking over the front of the Inn. My wife LOVED it!!! The bed was incredibly comfortable! (We both slept extremely well!)
The Shower has SOFT WATER!!!! We've RARELY had soft water at a Bed & Breakfast and it was soooo nice to have! Also, the water pressure is really strong and the water stayed nice & hot.
The chair & loveseat were both really comfortable. We loved all the additional furnishings that looked right out of the 1800's. My wife ABSOLUTELY LOVED the little balcony! Just a really really cool suite!
The heating/cooling worked great! Came up to temperature really fast and stayed right where we set the thermostat for our whole stay.
We also had a chance to look at many of the other suites as well while there and were really impressed! The Anne on the second level looks amazing! It has a nice, large balcony overlooking the front of the house and is a really large suite. It's on our list for next time.
Internet: Complimentary and strong! 10 out of 10! Worked great!
TV: Our room had a smart TV that had all the standard streaming options with Prime already pre-set; which was great to watch. We watched a couple of shows & had no problems at all.
Breakfasts: Stuffed French Toast, Waffles with Strawberries & Cream, Chicken Fried Steak & Gravy w/ Hashbrowns & Eggs were what we had and they all tasted amazing and filled us up. They had several other choices that also looked amazing!
After Hours Access: Coming in late wasn't an issue at all. The front door has a coded entry that worked great!
Parking: There was plenty of on street parking in front of and on the side of the inn. We never had an issue finding a spot. Even with a large wedding going on at the Inn on our second day, we still had no issue finding a parking spot at all.
Location: You can't get much closer to the historic downtown area. The Brigham Young house is LITERELLY across the street! Several historic sites are easily within a 10 minute walk of the Inn. You really can't beat the location!
Staff: We were treated like royalty from the time we set foot into the inn until we left. Peggy and her staff made sure our every need was met.
If you're into old bed & breakfasts & want to be treated like royalty while enjoying the ambiance of an 1800's Inn, put this one at the top of your list! We absolutely loved it and would definitely...
