We absolutely LOVED our stay here!!!

We stayed for 2 nights in the Josephine suite in March 2025. From the moment we stepped foot into Mulberry Inn until we left we were treated like royalty! From the freshly baked cookies waiting for us at checkin to the amazing freshly cooked breakfasts each morning, this place is incredible! We're definitely planning on coming back!

Room: We stayed in the Josephine suite on the 2nd level; which had a small balcony looking over the front of the Inn. My wife LOVED it!!! The bed was incredibly comfortable! (We both slept extremely well!)

The Shower has SOFT WATER!!!! We've RARELY had soft water at a Bed & Breakfast and it was soooo nice to have! Also, the water pressure is really strong and the water stayed nice & hot.

The chair & loveseat were both really comfortable. We loved all the additional furnishings that looked right out of the 1800's. My wife ABSOLUTELY LOVED the little balcony! Just a really really cool suite!

The heating/cooling worked great! Came up to temperature really fast and stayed right where we set the thermostat for our whole stay.

We also had a chance to look at many of the other suites as well while there and were really impressed! The Anne on the second level looks amazing! It has a nice, large balcony overlooking the front of the house and is a really large suite. It's on our list for next time.

Internet: Complimentary and strong! 10 out of 10! Worked great!

TV: Our room had a smart TV that had all the standard streaming options with Prime already pre-set; which was great to watch. We watched a couple of shows & had no problems at all.

Breakfasts: Stuffed French Toast, Waffles with Strawberries & Cream, Chicken Fried Steak & Gravy w/ Hashbrowns & Eggs were what we had and they all tasted amazing and filled us up. They had several other choices that also looked amazing!

After Hours Access: Coming in late wasn't an issue at all. The front door has a coded entry that worked great!

Parking: There was plenty of on street parking in front of and on the side of the inn. We never had an issue finding a spot. Even with a large wedding going on at the Inn on our second day, we still had no issue finding a parking spot at all.

Location: You can't get much closer to the historic downtown area. The Brigham Young house is LITERELLY across the street! Several historic sites are easily within a 10 minute walk of the Inn. You really can't beat the location!

Staff: We were treated like royalty from the time we set foot into the inn until we left. Peggy and her staff made sure our every need was met.

If you're into old bed & breakfasts & want to be treated like royalty while enjoying the ambiance of an 1800's Inn, put this one at the top of your list! We absolutely loved it and would definitely...

Our first impression... We had stepped back into time🕰, and we were mesmerized! 😍||Time stood still in this 1843 Victorian. Now a Bed & Breakfast in downtown St. George, UT, this beautiful home, The Mulberry Inn, belonging to and run by one of the friendliest and most gracious hosts, Ms. Peggy Armour, has been restored and kept to the period it was first constructed and lived in.||In a historic area, this B&B takes you back in time with its original features and decorative elements: High ceilings, chandeliers, original wood floors, antique furnishings, and a story behind each piece of item that decorates the home.||Hospitality? Like none other!!!💯||From the moment we booked, our communication with Peggy, our drive up, to our last day, we had the most excellent customer experience throughout our 5-day stay at The Mulberry Inn.||Every interaction with Peggy was pleasant. She is extraordinarily sweet, easy to talk to, and helpful!!! ||Since our first day was a late-night check-in, she was right on point about informing us about every step and expectation. Peggy was personable and helpful🥰 in directing us on our daily agendas - trips to Zion, Red Rock Canyon, Bryce, local shops and places, and Hoover Dam.||The breakfast menu 📜had quite a few options which we were happy about. 😁Peggy was Chef Extraordinaire👩‍🍳, cooking up the most delicious 😋breakfast with generous portions. She also worked with us about different alternative protein and milk options.🤝||To add to the dining experience, music that matched the style and period of the home played in the background. Snacks such as fruits 🍊 and sweets 🍪were left out each day AND night! That was such a sweet touch!||Since we and another couple were the only guests at the time, a house tour was given with its history, and we were able to take pictures of the other themed rooms.||Aesthetically, Ms. Peggy has beautifully restored and kept true to the period of the house and maintains the grounds so charmingly lush. We did take time to get some remote work done in the beautiful ‘livable’ parlor. Though it is filled with antiques, one can go there to sit and read, relax, and work. We also took advantage of the mild weather and not only sat outside by the mulberry tree 🌳to take in all the greenery that stimulated our senses, but we also had a private balcony at the Elizabeth suite from where we took some time to relax. Our room was spacious and very comfortable.||Next time we are in St. George, we know where we’re staying.||We highly recommend it and give it 5 out of 5 stars!⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️||It is a MUST if one is...

My husband and I were so happy with our time at the Mulberry Inn! The pictures on their website don’t do it justice. We came here for our honeymoon and had a wonderful time. The owner, Peggy, helped make it a very personalized experience. She made us breakfast and served it to us every morning. She was also so helpful when we needed advice on things to do in the area. There was a mix up with our payment but she helped us take care of it quickly. We stayed in the Josephine room (themed after little women) and it was perfect for us. It was an immersive experience with a few modern conveniences. We had a small private bathroom with a shower. There was a tub as well but it’s pretty small. Our room also had a small private balcony that was very nice to sit out on in good weather. The inn had many included conveniences that added to the experience greatly. Downstairs in just off the dining area there’s a butlers pantry with a fridge, freezer, microwave, ice machine, and coffee maker for guests to use. The dining area also frequently has little treats like cookies, muffins, or cake for guests to have. There’s a stunning parlor with historic furnishings and games for you to play and socialize. Outside there are some chairs to sit in the sun or shade. If you’d like you can even play corn hole. Upstairs in a cabinet there are some older movies to play in your room. That was such a fun treat to find. We also got to tour some of the other rooms when they weren’t occupied. We’d love to come here again!
