The Ford Bridge is a high concrete bridge that spans the beautiful Mississippi river between Minneapolis and St. Paul. You can cross the bridge by car, bus, bicycle or by foot. It is both a separation and a connection between both of these cities. The Mississippi river is the dividing line between Minneapolis and St. Paul. On the west side of the river is the city of Minneapolis. On the east side of the river is the city of St. Paul. The Ford Bridge is one of the few places along the river that connects these two cities! It is also a beautiful place of nature. Wether you are walking or standing on the bridge, you can see some beautiful spots of and by the river. When Autumn arrives it is a good place to view the changing of the fall colors. In spring and summer you can see all kinds of birds. I have even noticed some eagles flying around. In winter, quite often the Mississippi river freezes over and what a majestic site that is to look at!! In conclusion , this is a great place to walk around and view nature. On the Minneapolis side there is a lot of park area. So, it may be good idea 👍 to take a walk across the bridge to both the St.Paul & Minneapolis sides.
