To the Store Owner, Note that I visited your store for the first time today on my way to Cafe Astoria. I was with my teenage daughter who is going through a phase of being a fashionista! We were excited as we entered the store and started browsing through all the new arrivals for Fall! The clothes were nicely presented and the style appealed to my daughter. However, as I was browsing, one of the staff members greeted the woman next to me and offered her a glass of bubbly Rose to celebrate an anniversary occasion. She didn’t say anything to me and I ignored it. In the meantime, my daughter picked a headband that she liked and she tried a pink colored Fall jacket and wanted to buy these two items. As we were approaching the cashier, the same staff member approached another customer, who had just entered the store and offered them the same drink. At this point I asked my daughter- is it just me or do you think that we are being ignored as a customer? She was disappointed and said - it’s possible. So we decided to not buy the jacket and get the headband only. After this we went to the store Nextdoor and had a completely different experience. The staff member was so engaging and was explaining the premise of the store to lure us as a customer. We of course bought a book from the store, thanked him for his greetings and left. As I left the second store, it still bothered me how the staff member at Primp did not treat us correctly? So I went back to the store because I wanted to return the headband out of my frustration with the experience. The same staff member did not ask any reason and quickly said all jewelry is considered as “Final Sale”. So of course I did not return the headband and told her very politely “it would have been nice if you had asked the reason for why I want to return the headband? Either way, I would like to tell you that you have a VERY poor customer service!” After this I left the store.
Please DO NOT consider this as a “REVIEW”, but consider this as a “COMPLAINT” from a dissatisfied customer.
I hope you will consider making some changes for future customers at your store. And that you would train your staff so they treat all customers equally and...

I love that they offer champagne and other light beverages like sparkling water. This is a great environment for you and your girls to shop a little. Clothing prices are a bit pricey but because the quality is really good! Marley is a great person to connect with because she’ll make you feel right at home. She doesn’t make you feel bad for not buying anything and encourages you to stop...
Read moreI came in today because I thought there was an “anniversary celebration” they had posted on Instagram about it but I came and there was no event and the staff was unfriendly. I wasn’t acknowledged when I came in. There was no champagne or anything like they advertised and it just felt so awkward. When I was going to try stuff on the girl looked inconvenienced so I ended up leaving and going shopping elsewhere. This wasn’t the first time I’ve experienced this with the staff here. Sadly I...
