I really love this store and the shop staff is kind.

I just can't see my way to going back after they gave me an online order that was missing an item and won't replace or refund it -- insisting that I picked it up when it absolutely wasn't in the order I picked up.

Update with response to owner with photo and new rating: I most certainly have placed several online orders with y'all and showed the person in the shop the order confirmation in my email. And I DID text you back, in fact I had to chase down a follow up.

This little shop has THE absolute cutest things!! So many unique and trendy pieces. Everything in this store is exactly my style - I would buy everything in this store if I could! Blank inside is worthy of much more than 5 stars. The selection of product is abundant and relevant. The owner has a natural taste for the hottest and trendiest merchandise. Not only that, but they were willing to help me wrap AND personally deliver a holiday gift to a friend after I had moved out of state. The ability and willingness to go above and beyond in the most genuine way is what makes shopping here so amazing!!
