Having lived here nearly 20 years (in June), I can honestly say that it’s been a great place to call home. Of course there have been some problems over that time - some with bad tenants, and occasionally, some slow resolutions to building issues , but with rare exceptions, most issues have been handled in timely fashion, professionally, and satisfactorily in my opinion.
I think I’ve been a good tenant, with competent and fair eyes on scene to help whomever has been managing the building. I also think I have been respectful to my apartment, never having caused a maintenance issue, always reporting concerns, and I think being as good for the property owners, as they have been for me. No small thing in this world.
I’ve been lucky to call this place home, and really hope I can stay a little longer, despite my very limited income, and the raises to rent which inevitably occur. (Rent now takes nearly 80% of my income.)

Read moreLived at 658 Dayton great apt. Cheap. But nothing but problems. Had 5 people in the apt. below me beaten up. Was a constant on going problem in this apt. building. CONSTANT. Had neighbor out my window with a German shepard dog that he left tied out side all the time that barked constantly!!! Police would do nothing or animal control. Would NOT recommend renting from this company. Cheap, nice but problems with people constantly fighting. Was nice at first but went down the tubes. Had mice running across my floors alot. Really a bummer cause great apt. And cheap rent but so happy to be out...
