Ive been dealing with this place 16 years and all 16 years have been horrible non stop errors my daughter has been F'd over by ramsey county child support her whole life its been a constant cycle of mistakes and calling them constantly just to get the worlds smallest child support payments possible which of course is the other issue they have never changed her support amounts in 16 years to reflect her dads income appropriately so even when hes makinh thousands of dollars per month he still paid the minimum $50 per month nobody ever thought to make any changes to it and in fact assigned over a thousand per month to the kids who came years after my child and kept my childs support at 50 bucks finally i take him to court get it changed to a fair amount and havent seen a dime of child support in weeks im supposed to get more money and somehow am not getting any they let it stack up force me to call in angry af several times just to get someone to do their job so again my child has one year left of child support and i can already see that i will not see any of that money itll eep adding up nobody enforces anything and its just a joke. So when its 150 per month they have no problem taking that money out his checks and should have no problem taking the new amount out of his checks either but since our cs order changed beginning of October ive gotten nothing and hes already behind 2000 bucks. Makes no sense maybe theyre overworked. But maybe they just dont care. It takes me callling in acting crazy to get anywhere so ill be doing just that once again today . Smh this is why men continue having children despite not taking care of the ones they already have because they get away with this...
Read moreHorrible, good father's who take care of their kids don't matter. County attorneys only care about (disfuntional) mothers interest. They have nothing to do with kids best interest. I have more nightmare ex wife and county attorney stories than anyone should have in life time. I have two recommendation. 1) Never let your kid know your bad feeling about their mother. Trust me they will figure out when they get old enough. And the negative stories she tell kids, end up blowing up on her 2) Do what you have to do to make sure kid are provided for no matter county attorneys say or your or ex. My kids and I have great relationship. They basically have no relationship with their mother. I refuse to pay county money for kids to support ex wife substance abuse and mental health. I have paid over $300,000 in support to for my three daugters and raise step daugter. The hell to county attorneys who don't take kids best interest and support bad moms. My kids are all collage educated, never did drugs, kind, health, strong working women. Not bad for dad who county has tried to lock up and take license away. I feel sorry for their mother who only cared about money and lost her daughters respect. And sorry for a system (Ramsey County Child Support ) that does not recognize good fathers. AND ONLY...
Read moreChild support officers were yelling at people making payments. I could not think. I had to wait a minute to get myself together to talk because of the chaos around me. There are a lot of loopholes in the child support system that need to be addressed. One child getting another child's tax credit. Intrest rates (yes people, in Minnesota they actually charge interest) being charged at such high rates to pay until someone is 90 years old. Dating back child support as if someone makes an amount they currently make, even if they made less money before the current order. Child support even creeps on credit bureaus of payers (even when you pay). Knocking your credit score. Furthermore, Minnesota child support puts child support on one's credit bureau, but is too lazy to report every month that its being paid. It shows as "no information" and even an X for missed payment... When in reality the debt is being paid on time, every month. Esentially, Minnesota child support is falsely reporting to major credit bureaus. Minnesota child support just is not fair. It is a broken system, that is geared towards making money, not with any child's "best...
