I would never do business with these people, they kicked me out of their lobby at the sky-way, because I said "I'm waiting for a bus" While 4 other non-customers were allowed to stay!! (they just were not waiting for a bus) This is "Class Discrimination" If your going to exclude the public from a common area of your bank? You have to exclude !! EVERYONE!!(Who is not a patron) The Manager is either a complete MORON! ......or they really like being sued! Which is what I will be doing...

This rating is based solely on the parking ramp for this building. The building is locked at 6pm and the only way to get into the parking ramp is from inside the building. Signs on doors say to use the 5th and Minnesota entrance which is locked. Only one door located inside the parking exit area that you are not supposed to walk into tells you to buzz at 5th and MN using the handicap assistance button. Historic building, impressive architecture considering it was built back in the 1930's. I need to go back and spend some more time inside to post a fair review. Parking process is a definite scam: when you park, you're directed to take your ticket and pay at the 'Sky' level. I did. Cost me $15 for about 2 hours and 30 minute parking. But when I was leaving I was asked to insert that ticket again in the machine...and they wanted $7 more. What a scam! ...
