This park was named after my great Uncle. He and my grandfather emigrated from Italy. They didn't speak a word of English. My grandfather opened a shoe store and my Great Uncle opened the luggage store that stood here. When he passed, he donated the land to the city to be used as a park. The grass is beautiful and there is a mini fenced in dog park. The picnic tables are covered by a shelter or visit one of the many restaurants in the area.
