Very disappointing experience. I ordered a nearly $500 desk for my daughter, she really liked the natural oak finish. After asking the employee to either check other stores for the natural finish or just buy the gray one in stock. I told him about my plans to have the desk installed before my daughter started school. He talked me out of both options, assuring me the natural one could be delivered in 3 days. He even showed me the screen with the delivery date and time window, so I trusted that information.
The desk never arrived. The Office Depot website said it had shipped, but the carrier only showed they received the order it hadn’t actually shipped. I called customer service and was told someone would contact me by 10 AM CST. No one ever did. I had to call back, only to be told there was “an issue” with the order, and they had to cancel and reorder it. They refused to explain what the issue was or why it needed to be canceled. Now the new estimated delivery is Monday the same day my daughter starts school.
My plan was to have her new desk assembled and ready when she got home from her first day. That’s no longer happening. Between the misleading in-store info, lack of transparency, and broken delivery promise, this has been a frustrating experience that completely derailed a special day for me and my daughter. I’d appreciate if someone at Office Depot would step in and make this right.
8-8-2025 Update. Well in an attempt to make things right they moved up the order to deliver the desk Friday instead of Monday. The guy brought the desk and asked me to sign the ticket I said, what about the top part of the desk, the hutch? He said nope just this one item, here look at the ticket. The other piece will be delivered on a different day. I checked this morning to see what the tracking for it showed and what do you know it says it was delivered. What an absolute joke. Now I guess I am going to have a huge fight with office depot who is going to tell me it was already delivered and show me the picture of the desk the guy took as proof. Well look at the picture on the desk ticket. Its the same damn picture. Its more of a hassle than anything dealing with...

When I had wedding event printing, this store was willing to help and very patient as I made decisions. I will never forget how much they helped me. That was a year ago.
Fast forward a year and they are still my favorite store. I had a rush print job for a shower booklet I made the morning of a shower. Zach and Collin were the best! They committed to a quick turnaround and gave me a perfect book in record time.
I showed up with a gift card from Starbucks for whomever did the printing. Zach immediately said to hand it to Collin. While it wasn’t a huge gift, Collin was very appreciative. Zach was eager to give all the credit to his employee even though I know he helped on the entire project. My hope is that Office Depot gives recognition to this great store manager.

They first send out the wrong chair. The desk was sent out but I had an emergency come up so wasn't there for delivery. I called the people who deliver the furniture. They said they will call to set up another delivery date. Never did. I called two more times over the past week and a half. Same thing...they will call me to set up a new delivery date. Never did.
