I visited this store on July 26, 2025, and had a really poor experience at the checkout. The lead cashier, who was wearing a headscarf, along with another young woman at the register, were extremely indifferent. I greeted them with a 'Hi', but neither of them responded. When I said 'Thank you' after receiving my receipt, there was no acknowledgement at all. This made me feel mistreated especially since I noticed that they were friendly and polite to the customers before me. I understand they might have been busy or had other reasons for their behavior, and it may not have been personal, but their lack of response still came across as unprofessional and rude. I had a great experience here. I visited last week for the first time. Some stuff had damaged packaging but the stuff inside seemed okay and prices were ok. I got a aquaman doll and a star wars toy for my grandson. They were good quality and he loved them. The cashiers were very friendly and helped me a lot. They looked very busy organising stuff but went out of their way to help me find the toys i needed. You do not see that often these days.
