We went into the store because my daughter saw a dress in the window. Walked in and the sales woman (older woman w/ red shirt) just looked at us and didn't even greet us. Brushed it off until several groups of other people came in and the sales woman greeted them cheerfully. At that point my husband and I looked at each other and told our daughter to come on. We shopped and went into several other stores where everyone was super nice. We stopped back at this store on the way back to the car, because my daughter wanted to get the name brand of the dress she saw.... again the sales woman didn't say anything and just looked at us with distain. We were dressed nicely, not loud, and were very polite. I very rarely leave reviews, but when you intentionally ignore the black people who come in and were willing to buy pretty much anything their daughter wanted, however she greeted every other non-black person that came in the door while ignoring us...that is a problem!!! Please avoid this store as there are way more on St. Simons that are nice, polite and willing to help you. If I could give 0 stars I would. This store has a serious customer service and staff issue (as other reviews have stated) that they need to...

I like the styles that shop hopes has. They have some beautiful pieces. Except they're over priced. Not worth it. Everything is 35$ and up. Some of the clothes I have purchased seemed cheaply made. They don't refund your money, you have to spend it again with them and you have to pay for shipping if you want to return the item. Talk about customer service! I have never been treated so nicely by any retail store EVER. These ladies literally go above and beyond to make sure YOU are happy with your purchase. I've been shopping with this store for the past year and they have given me neck-breaking outfits for many special events such as my engagement pictures, fun summer night outfits, and interview appropriate dresses....
