I've had good experiences at this place in the past, especially during the years we lived on the island. However, our visit today was incredibly disappointing. We arrived around 7:30 PM on a Friday night, and the service was awful.
The girl working there was outside sitting with a male friend when we arrived. She eventually went inside, and my daughter tried to order crepes. She told us there was no batter and that it would take at least 30 minutes to make some, so no crepes! This is unacceptable, especially on a busy Friday night.
We then asked for a milkshake, and when I inquired about how long it would take, she walked out without answering. We stood around, confused, wondering if she was even going to come back. She eventually did, but her attitude made it clear that she had no interest in working or providing any level of customer service.
Overall, this was a frustrating experience, and we left feeling very disappointed. It’s a shame, given our positive past visits, but based on this encounter, we won’t be returning...

Ordered a chocolate shake, and couldn't figure out why i had almond pieces in it, (thankfully not allergic to nuts), then realized it was made with Rocky Road ice cream after getting some marshmallow. Although there is a sign to inform them of allergies, you would not think that nuts would be in a shake. Also ordered a coffee shake with protein; basically coffee grounds and vanilla ice cream and clumps of protein powder. We thought the shakes were rather bland as well. However, we also ordered a crepe. That was good.
We were really looking forward to trying out this place. We arrived about an hour and 15 minutes after opening. I ordered a chocolate shake and the lady said all they had was mango ice cream. Then we tried to order a crepe. The batter wasn't ready. Why bother opening if the only thing you can serve is mango ice cream? The lady working didn't seem...
Read moreBy far the best crepes I’ve ever had, and I’ve had a LOT of crepes as they’re one of my favorite foods. Not only are they amazing, but Creamy Crepes is owned by a young family which I love. I’m currently in St. Thomas on vacation and I keep making my husband stop so I can keep getting crepes with different fillings/toppings lol. We also got their specialty, a fruity pebbles milkshake and it was SO good. I can’t imagine opening a food stand during COVID times - I hope you guys have...
