Went on my first cruise and all my husband could talk about was going to glitters and buying jewelry!! He’d been there years ago and his family goes to purchase items every other year. We get to glitters and the welcome is grand of course. I however am not into jelwery much so I didn’t pick anything out but my husband bought a Tag watch and a bracelet for me. Our entire family travel group spent over $25,000 in jewelry. This was one week befrore Christmas, so on Christmas Day he gave me my bracelet and opened his watch to put it on and the date portion of the watch was broken. My husband called Glitters in hopes to just exchange the watch but met so much resistance. He was then told to send emails to this person and that person and told someone would get back to him. Weeks and weeks passed to no response. When HE called again, he was told there was nothing they could do and that he needed to call Tag......WOW!!! Very disappointed. He was then told to contact the manager but had not ever heard back from him or her. So he called again, only to be told the manager wasn’t in and to call Tag and that Glitters would not do anything based on their policy. I guess their policy is to sell defective jewelry, take your money and send you off!!! These are people my family and his family have bought many pieces from over the years, dealing with Bella, and yet he has received the poorest customer service and help. However, I was even more impressed with the customer service after I got back home. A couple months after our cruise, one of the side stones fell out of my ring. I emailed Glitters, and they advised me to send the ring back to them for repair. I sent the ring back and less than 2 weeks later I received my ring back with a new stone. All I had to do was pay for shipping the ring to them and everything else was taken care of! I was nervous purchasing a ring at port because I wasn't sure what would happen when I got back home, but this experience tells me I made the right choice! I would definitely recommend...

On my trip to St Thomas in April 2024 my Fiancé and I walked in again. Again we were treated like friends . The folks are wonderful kind respectful not to mention knowledge of what we wanted. We left with a beautiful engagement ring. This Dec. 2024 another cruise and a stop in St Thomas. Heading back to find the perfect semi mount wedding band.
