Absolutely horrible experience, staff was rude, completely ignored my questions then brushed me off when I asked why the sign said I should get a free braclet but the staff said I hadn't spent enough to qualify. All in all they treated me like I was a nuisance and couldn't get me out of the store fast enough, didn't even really "help" me at all just shoved a set orlf charms at me walked away then came back to ask if I decided before rushing me over to the register. I wanted to ask about spacer charms, but they wouldn't even give me the time of day. If I didn't really want the charms for my daughter's and my bracelets, I would have just left without...

Absolutely rude staff. Do not buy here “anika” helped us, had an attitude the whole time. Conveniently enough they were “out of” the free bracelet. Bought to drop $225 on charms alone. And they wouldnt honor another bracelet in place. Did not say while supplies last as she kept stating. Horrible experience as we are tourists ready to spend money. Best of luck to a store on a downward spiral from the start....
