Very upset and beyond hurt. I ordered a heart shaped spray for my grandfathers funeral. We told them money wasn’t a problem we just wanted a heart shaped done as an American flag with red white and blue and a ribbon that said grandpa across it. When we arrived what was delivered was a grapevine wreath with very few flowers scattered around it. She ran a flag ribbon across the circle wreath and forgot to write grandpa on it as we requested and charged us over 200.00 for something we didn’t even ask for at all. I called to let them know that we were very disappointed. The woman said she couldn’t get a heart so she just made what she thought would work. She asked me what I wanted and I said that the next time they can’t make what the customer has ordered that they need to call and inform them. She in turn called me a snotty little snob twice. I wasn’t asking for money back or anything just for future reference her to know that it’s a one time shot and if what is ordered can’t be made to give the customer a heads up. We will never be using this florist again. So unprofessional & rude. I just left burying my grandfather and to be treated like this is beyond conceivable....

Ordered a corsage for homecoming in advance. Was told it would be ready by friday before 5. I sent my son to pick it up and it wasnt even ready. He waited at the counter and no one was ready to help him. When a employee finally came out to help, she talked on her personal cell phone the entire time. I called the store to let them know about the situation and that it was not satisfactory customer service. She offered a half hearted apology. I suppose that is what happens when you dont want repeat business. I will never recommend this shop and wont give them my hard earned money again. So...

This place deserves 10 stars! They make the most beautiful and creative flower arrangements that are so unique. Angie, Vicki and their team went above and beyond for my daughter's wedding. I had to plan it from out of town, and they were so accommodating and easy to work with. I felt comfortable just giving them a color (pink) and letting them use their own expertise and creativity to create the most beautiful table scapes, bouquets and arrangements. They brought the venue to life. Thank you...
