If there was a negative review they would take the prize. I spend plenty of money in their store, and today I went in for a birthday card for my mother in law with my daughter. I had my 4 year old on my hip when she started to take a card from the shelf that she wanted me to look at for her grandmother when one of their staff decided to grab my daughters hand and try to take the card from her. I stopped the older woman by spinning my daughter slightly to look at the woman and tell her that we were looking at that card. When I asked if there was a reason why she just grabbed my daughters hand like that her response was, “I saw the card moving, but that’s ok”, and rolled her eyes at me. I was completely thrown back by this woman’s actions toward another person let alone a child so I decided to let the manager know who in return defended her employee and told me that the store was crowded and they have to fix the cards. Needless to say the manager did NOTHING about her employee putting her hands on my child in a nasty, hasty way. Perhaps someone from corporate should take a look into...

I’m very disappointed because I really like this store. I went there on a Tuesday night at 7:50 when they close at 8 pm. I know it was cutting it close but I’m a single mother and I was trying to pick up a quick gift for Mother’s Day that I had already picked out online. I went to the front door and it was locked and I pulled it a few times. The girls at the registers just stared at me like I had three heads. My family owns our own small business and know better than to do that to people. I could see if they had to close early because of an issue where someone had to go home but clearly they were just trying to get out of there right at 8pm. I’m sorry that I won’t be returning there but that left a very bad impression on me.

I had Mother’s Day all planned out and at the last minute everything went wrong. I googled to see who was open Annie’s was the only one open and let me tell you about Leslie and Colleen I showed up half of my order was canceled because it wasn’t in stock. Right away I panicked I ask them is there anything I can doTo get something else she said place an order online and will try to get it ready. They made sure what I wanted was In stock and when the system processed it Leslie ran it out to me. They have no idea how stressed I was but with their amazing customer service they took it all away.
