Burlington — Local services in Salem

So I have a habit of always stepping in like a half hour 45 minutes before you guys close usually to pick up a couple essentials like underwear a couple little things in there rarely am I ever in the store but when I am in there, you got people following you around the entire time making you feel uncomfortable to shop as if you’re gonna steal something that’s number one number two you guys have somebody an older white lady who works closing our shifts cause usually harassing people to hurry up and finish doing their last minute shopping she’s rushing everyone out of the store. Talk about an anxiety trip. She literally gets on the Mike on the intercom at 9:55 reminding people at 10:55 reminding people that the store closes in five minutes and two minutes later, she’s yelling across the store asking me if I’m done or if I’m finished what kind of dumb question is that dude and then I call her out on it. You’re making me feel uncomfortable. I have up to 1059 to get up to the register my belongings I don’t appreciate this treatment and this will be the probably my last time ever in that store. I warn the public unless you wanna feel uncomfortable the whole time you’re shopping or you wanna be rushed to do your shopping I advise you not to go to the store at all...

Around 9:00 pm me and my friend had decided to take a late trip to Burlington because we heard they had good selection for Halloween blankets ( they are also open till 11pm! Let’s just say it was disgusting and we both left empty handed! A year prior my grandmother and mother went to the same location in Salem and it was also disgusting and a mess ( it’s been a year so I said why not maybe they have new staff or management and it might be better…) oh boy was I wrong I walked all around this place men’s children women’s you name it there wasn’t one area that didn’t have trash on the floor or clothes I was truly shocked when I saw a drink with bugs in it. Had to of been sitting for days this store needs to be closed asap ( may I also add a pair of scissors left unattended in the front of the store no worker in sight mind you there was children in that store) and also creepy men just lurking .disappointed to even think bed bath and beyond use to be there and this dump took over. Never going back to...

Had a very unpleasant experience, older lady, blonde hair believed to be manager was the worst, I felt as if I we were un welcomed, paying customers! 45 minutes before closing, other shoppers in store , my mother and I both Felt uncomfortable , as if we were not able to freely shop, this lady spent her time following us around, even interrupting our conversations , with constant reminders that they were closing. buyers remorse not because of products or pricing selection disorganized , yes but holy hell staffing did not deserve our time or my money !

Very excited to have Burlington in our shopping district I hope to see...
