Some of the worst services I have ever seen. Brought in a new metal casio watch for sizing. The guy measured my wrist, sized the watch, take off all the necessary link but only on ONE side of the watch bracelet so it was complete off center. Unsuspecting, I had slipped the watch back into my pocket and left.

Once I realized, I went back to the store a few days later to ask them how they could possibly think an off-centered sizing like this was possible. The guy then placed back some links to even the watch out, but completely mixed up and staggered big and small links and it look ridiculous.

I was speechless. Waited + traveled over 2 hours in total to simple have 4 links removed the right way. The worker here simply didn't care and even left one big scratch on the link. Literally go anywhere else but this place or do it yourself even if you're...

Buyer beware of this place. Bought a necklace and pendent for my 5 year old daughter, within a month of using it, a small piece of the pendent broke. Went back to ASA to see what my options would be, to only be shocked at what was told to me by Prince the owners son. He tried to say he would take the old pendent back and do and even exchange for a brand new. Great, but when he told me the price, it was more than what I originally paid for the broken one a month ago. So in the end the scammer wanted to take the old one from me (which would be re-sold) and then charge me more then what I originally paid for the replacement, makes absolutely no sense. Place is trash, sells trash. Not only do they sell trash their customer service couldn’t be worse. Told me something was ready for a pickup. Store closed when I get there a couple hours later. I call the number back. “10-15 minutes I’ll be there” 30 minutes later call again. “Two minutes I’ll be there” 20 minutes later store still not open. Just liars and thieves. Wouldn’t tell my worst enemy to go there, I hope they go out of business and lose every cent they have invested. Not the first terrible interaction I’ve had with them.
