Kung Fu Tea — Restaurant in Salem

i work in customer service so i know how frustrating and overwhelming it can be so the first time i went to KFT a few months back, i didnt think much if the cashier who seemed like she didnt wanna be there cause i understand times like that. however just today i tried them again to see if the environment changed, and as soon as the cashier saw me she had literally looked as if she had seen a MOB of people. keep in mind i was the only person in line. she comes to ring me up, and throws her towel/rag down on the counter. i ask her how she was, she says fine in a monotone voice, i ask for a drink and she seems to roll her eyes and annoyed that i ordered said drink. she goes onto mumble something after i pay, and makes the drink. few times ive been, service is honestly not the best. drinks are definitely tasty! but the customer...

I'm originally from NYC and when I saw that they had this location here, I couldn't be happier. I was in the mood for boba and what could be better than boba from a brand I know and love. I always get my usual passionfruit green tea and my wife got wintermelon milk green tea. They both tasted the same as they did in NYC and it was amazing. Kung Fu Tea's literal existence in this mall made my day, especially after having to fork over so much money to Apple for a new laptop. Treat yourself here and you won't be displeased.

Looks like sometimes they take a break during the day when they're extremely busy like on weekends. They say it's to help their staff that is on their feet all day. I think that is extremely considerate and I'm even more glad that I am also helping their business! Good...

I shop at this mall regularly with my family and always grab boba. Today, a blonde girl with a nose ring shouted at the line of people saying anyone that wants tapioca or brown sugar boba should leave the line because they are out. To make matters worse, she is having a drink herself out on the bar while making drinks. So gross. Touching her mouth, shouting at friends and cussing jokingly, and continuing to make drinks.
