I am very over the top when it comes to my sweet fur baby Layla. She has been with Canine Cottage for a few years now. When the new owners took over I have to say I was very distressed. I don’t like change and my anxiety was through the roof. After observing, asking a lot of questions ( probably way too many, lol) and watching for clues about any changes in my baby’s demeanor etc. I am happy to say that I fully trust them with the care of her. She is always excited to go play with her friends and the staff has always been super helpful and supportive as well as the owners themselves. Warning! This was once a fantastic facility. We have been loyal customers for over two years, since they opened. Our dog was boarded at least six weeks a year for the last two years and attended doggy daycare 2 to 3 days a week. They have had a change in ownership and staffing. We should’ve seen the warning sign three weeks ago when we noticed it was smelling very bad every time we picked our dog up. We just had to go pick our dog up during boarding because they accused him of aggression. Our dog will let any young kid come up to him, flip on his belly and roll over.
