Casino Salem — Local services in Salem

Not what I would have expected from a brand new casino that has been trying to come to the area for a long time. Walked in was greeted with a head nod nothing was said . I looked around briefly had the feeling I was gambling in someones basement. asked where to sign up for players card, was sent to the back. Went to a gentleman that asked me for id set me up and when I asked what some of the perks of having the card were and the woman next to him stated " we do not match". Ok I understand that so what are the perks of your card and got same response with even more of an attitude. So I reiterated my question again and asked what might the benefits of getting a card here today and got response, we don't match if you spend $5 you get $10 and don't know what else cause we are new we just opened. Now mind you they have been open for well over a month that I know of at this point. Maybe I had higher expectations but again felt like I was in someones basement playing on slot machines and people were not the friendliest. Hopefully things will change in the future , when they have been open longer. Would think they would want to make a great first impression, just a thought. Definitely needs...

Passing through the area and decided to stop and see what this casino was about. It’s a smaller casino and I had a good time… I don’t go to TACO BELL wanted to experience an AUTHENTIC MEXICAN RESTAURANT EXPERIENCE !!! Reading the comments. There’s no way it’s legal for them to have the machines as tight as they are. You should never sit at a machine that is ready to hit a bonus you drop $250 and still not hit that bonus.
