Stopped in off of the recommendation of a friend. Walked in and a customer was finishing up and walking out was warmly greeted by the lady behind the counter while she continued to read her book or her phone. I wasn’t paying too much attention. I ask if they had a restroom because I have been driving for about 30 minutes and was coldly told no, but I could go to the nearest bathroom which would be Burger King. After that, I tried to shake that off and continue shopping and seeing if there was anything that caught my interest in their Pokémon card section. To my surprise, their prices are Well above market. I ask if these are negotiable and at this point, I guess I have offended this lady or gotten on her nerves and she again coldly and blankly just said no. She went back to reading her book or her phone or whatever it was. I was at this point feeling like I wasn’t really welcome in there so I told her to have a good day and I left to which she said nothing as I walked out the door. Lesson learned. I won’t be going back to Frank’s cool stuff lol I hope Frank can find somebody that’s a little bit better at welcoming his customers and engaging with them rather than just coldly telling them to go to Burger King and leave her alone essentially. I see lots of people commenting about price being a little high here and management wants to talk about distro charging them different prices lol I should just never have stopped at the store without checking reviews first. Scalping is apart of every day society so much that kids won’t be interested in the hobby cause they can’t find decent and fairly priced items. Don’t worry, Frank you don’t have to comment back with anything snarky I made the mistake of going there, but it won’t...
Read moreOwner was VERY rude. I was bringing a family member over to visit the car lot next door. The car lot was very crowded so I parked at Franks because they were closed at the time and even told my family member "I need to tell my sister this place is here, she would probably like it." We planned on being there for a very short amount of time. When my family member and I got in a car to test drive we noticed the owner taking pictures of my car. I got out and politely offered to move it if he would like. He replied "this is my lot" and without thinking said "that's okay" implying that it was okay that I can move my car. He then said "its not okay" and continued to take pictures of my car AND the one my family member was test driving. Then made a phone call as I was pulling off. Had I known it was a big deal and would possibly cause problems, I would not have parked there. But since they were closed and I didnt see any trespassing or loitering signs, I didnt think it would hurt. Needless to say, I will not be recommending this place...

If you want vintage anime, manga, comics and great knowledge and prices for all of it, look no further than...
