Update 12/13-21:
My heart goes out to these employees. This place is closed all the time. If you are a manager, you should be working. The store manager here should be working. Every Starbucks employee I talk to with problems like these, ends up telling me the manager never wants to put in any hours of actual work. It really is just too bad. I really hope it’s not affecting their pay. Hopefully they find a place where they can actually have a good structure, consistent growth etc. The employees here are really great. The store is closed all the time. When it’s open, it’s a shocker. When you can actually go into the store, it’s a miracle.
Original review: I have to say, I love the people here. I get the same thing every time I go in and they always get it just right for me. The negative reviews on here are legitimate when it comes to staffing. They are totally messed up here. It’s the same situation at all the Starbucks around here. It may be the same manager, but the management team is never around. If you ask who the manager is, they will always tell you it’s someone who is not there. Managers should be picking up the slack of staffing shortages. It’s not about pay. Everyone is raising their pay and nobody is coming to work. It’s just ridiculous. Starbucks closes 800-1000 stores a year, partly because of staffing issues, partly because of how easy it is to get product to the locations. You might wonder why a Starbucks closes when it’s always packed. It’s been especially tough this year, where gov’t decisions are crumbling our infrastructure, employment, supply, morale, etc. I feel bad for the employees here, because they are truly great asset...

2 days ago I ordered the same coffee, I get day in and day out. A medium iced, cream only. At the time of order I alert of a nut allergy as always.
I pulled forward and was handed an iced coffee. I left with my coffee and my 2.5 year old in the car.......
Here is the scary part. I almost didn't look at the print out label... But the color was a tad different then usual. So I read the label.....ICED HAZELNUT WITH ALMOND MILK......
Had I drank that, I would have gone anaphylaxis alone with my 2.5 year old... It takes one small amount to be fatal for me.
I immediately went into the store and asked for a manager. The same girl who was very frantic at the window, ran over. And said "yea I messed up, here"....... Like what kind of response is that. She gave me a 5.00 card and just kept saying "yea, yea,yea it was a mix up." And then handed me another coffee... and just walked away. No one else came over. I never saw a manager. Nothing.
This store is wayyyy over worked. The waits are close to 25 minutes. The mobile orders are taking over and the orders are all being messed up. If this store doesn't actually acknowledge the magnitude of what could have happened, I will never be back. I went everyday for 3 years. And now I plan to not return.
Corporate has already been made away and gave me a case number, as they said "this is so serious they will be addressing this". Because if it happens to someone else it could...
Read moreLet me first say: the staff is very good. They are always smiling and helpful. My issues are more about the technology/services more than the people.
What I am tired of is inconsistent services and openings. I went to get a drink today and the store/drive thru was closed due to broken registers - mobile order only (I don’t use the app). This came after a string of frustrating visit. The two previous visits, they did not have some components to make my usual order. Fair enough, supply shortages are still a thing. But a few times in a row before that, I’ve tried to grab a pre or post work drink and they are closed early or something is not working in their system so the services are limited (no drive thru/mobile only, etc)
This has become a pretty normal occurrence and I’ve started to go to Dunkin’s down the road just because I know they are open and functioning fully. It’s very...
