We love Crumbl and come often (mostly on the weekends) so we did not realize crumbl closes at 10 and arrived at 10:03. We saw the workers when we pulled in and they were both standing upfront near the counter with the lights on. As soon as we got out of the car, I made eye contact with one of the workers and then watched as both workers turned and ran to the back of the store out of sight, hid, and turned the lights off right then and there. We saw them come out as we were driving away once the coast was clear for them to re-emerge and turn the lights back on. As someone who has worked in the retail/food/customer service industry for most of my life, not only did this rub me the wrong way but I found it extremely rude, unprofessional, and immature. I have always admired how Crumbl treats its customers but there were many more appropriate ways to announce that the store was no longer open instead of completely and blatantly choosing not to acknowledge us whether it be opening the door to directly tell us, waving and pointing at the hours on the door, or even talking through the window. I respect the fact that it was past closing time and the workers were done serving customers for the night but the way the situation was handled was highly disrespectful as well as questionable. It took the workers more time to run, hide, and turn the lights off then it would have to just simply let us know with two words that...
Read moreJust an inexcusable dereliction of duty. A simple order was placed and at 8:10pm we had let the location know we were here. Then I had the distinct pleasure of watching 30 minutes worth of customer service. They were exemplary when it came to others. Making sure their orders were fulfilled and customer interaction was 10/10. Except for me. Even saw what happens when you press the "I'm Here" button and get service. They can find the right car. For what ever reason my order just could not be fulfilled. They made the order, held the order but did not bring out the order. I went inside and asked them if it was ready since clearly out of all the orders mine was forgotten. Gave them 2 different names nothing. Went to the car asked my fiancé if it was the right location. It was. Proceeded to come inside and ask again to my surprise still no order. Then someone remembered they made an order they had forgotten. They matched the box of cookies they had put to the side for no apparent reason and realized it was not divine intervention as to why they made that 6 mini pack and it was a persons. I got a sorry after nearly working a shift for some cookies. Never knew the wait for cookies was 30 minutes with a side of...
Read moreI was so excited to bring my son for cookies and terribly let Down. We had imagined this bright colorful place for kids instead we were greeted by a blan white room with no one but tablet screens for ordering. We thought there should be a see through counter loaded with cookies to help the excitement but again a very blan cutting board with 6 cookie flavors lay on the counter. Out of the 6 cookies only 3 were flavored for kids, we ended up getting 6 cookies. After we ordered we realized thereâs no seats inside, no picnic tables and no grass to sit in so we had to drive 45 minutes home to eat our cookies. I was hoping for this fun bonding trip to make memories with my son but when we got home my son said âNext time we can make cookies since it was an adult place with adult cookiesâ So in all $23 for 6 cookies was a waste and we will not return nor recommend others. Even if offered free cookies every month I still...
