It took me a few days to decide if I should actually write a review or now over this. I had my iPhone 11 screen replaced here and it was amazing and friendly service. About a week after the repair my screen got two bright spots on it that I figured “he gave me a great price and was super friendly, I won’t make a big deal out of this.” A week after that my phone screen was super out of wack for like 3 hours and I got locked out of my phone because it just slammed buttons for my password without me even touching the screen. A week after that my phone screen started to glitch out a little bit so I decided I should head over and have him look at it because they offer a “6 month warranty” I regret let procrastinated swinging by because my phone seemed to work again.. my next one was intense. My phone screen just stopped working outright and I went to the shop outside of business hours and was met by a relitivky rude man who told me to come back another day. After a hard reset my screen worked for about 2 days. Then it did the same thing again and after the reset I got a black line down my screen. At this point I went to the store to ask about getting it replaced and I was met with outright hostility from the man who was so nice before. He kept raising his voice and talking over me, telling me I broke my phone and it’s not his problem. After a bit of an argument I calmed down and tried to be civil and he willingly check my screen connection to my phone. The nice it powered back on it was still messed up. He told me he would of replaced it for the glitching, replaced it for the lock out and replaced it for the white spots on my screen but since there was a black line in at fault and there is nothing he would do for me. I had never dropped the phone and it’s simple a terrible product and super cheap after market screen as I have been told elsewhere. Don’t let the good reviews and personable technician fool you. They don’t stand by their word and the service/product is sub par at best. I will never be back, and I have no problem letting everyone I praised about this pace to know how it really went down. Go visit the store on canal street in subway( at least they use a decent replacement product and don’t talk down to the customer to cover their own inferior product. If I could give negative...

Definitely recommend to fix the smartphone. Recently my iPhone 12 screen was broken and it was too emotional for me because it was gifted by my father.. finally I saw the reviews of this store and had a thought whether I have to visit the store or not.. but I went to store and gentleman named Ravi was kindly spoken with me and shows how the screen replacement works. This place is a joke I hate writing reviews but most of his reviews are fake! Look at the names! I got my front and rear iPhone XS Max glass repaired and the back broke after a few days.
