On Monday, I took a 3-4 year old phone which would no longer charge to the Valley View location and was immediately told by the rep that we needed a replacement reburbished phone. Upon receipt of the “new” phone, I had to get son-in-law to set up the phone and it required an audiologist visit to pair the “new” one up to cochlear device. I then took the phone to the Apperson/419 location to have info transferred over (rep at valley view said this couldn’t be done). Logan Heater helped me and the first thing he did with the “old” phone was clean a bunch of debris imbedded in the charging port. The “old” phone immediately began charging!!!! I would have kept our phone had I not already had it paired to cochlear. Logan spent so much time with me getting info changed and even did the required update. He was respectful, very knowledgeable and helpful, and such a pleasure to work with. Isn’t it a shame that the rep at VV did not take the time to check the port. He did nothing except plug the phone in to verify the phone was dead and “not chargeable”! I was misinformed on two different things, both leading to me paying more money than I was originally told. Can’t remember his name, but pretty sure it was the head manager as well! He deliberately left out bits and pieces of information to ensure I would go through with switching to Verizon. A protection plan was added to my account without my knowledge and I was told my monthly service charge would be $25 cheaper than what it’s actually going to be! Absolutely ridiculous! Read moreI’ve had nothing but good experiences at this location. There are two guys named Joe there. Both are knowledgeable and helpful. A few months ago Joe Mikulak helped us transition back to Verizon after three years with Sprint. It was tedious and time-consuming, but he stuck with it. Joe is patient and professional. Last night we showed up 2 minutes before closing. My father-in-law had broken his phone. He’s stuck in a nursing home due to Covid. The other Joe and Malissa let us in and helped us with a new phone even though they were ready to walk out. All the folks there have been super nice. Definitely recommend...
