My girlfriend and I went there at a quarter after 2:00 today and were immediately presented with one of the most rude cashiers I've ever had the displeasure of interacting with. No, "Hello." No, "How are you doing today." No, "Enjoy." No, "Have a good day." He just stared at us with his one eye and yelled instead of talking. We were not taking long to decide. From the moment we stepped up to the counter to the moment we paid, it was about 30 seconds. This man has absolutely no patience. Not surprisingly our order was wrong when they brought it out. My girlfriend asked if it was the "grande box" which is what we ordered. It was not. The extremely loud and hostile cashier yelled at her and said that we "got" what we "ordered." The young lady handing the order to my girlfriend was clearly confused and stressed out by her boss. My girlfriend was stressed out as well. I just said, "Thank you. Grabbed the bag and directed her back to our seat. In the 10 or so minutes that we sat there eating the wrong order, I heard this man berate every customer that came up to him. He'd treat them like an idiot for ordering something that they were out of. How should they know that TacoBell doesn't have it. It's on the menu. All in all, I obviously don't expect to be treated like I'm at a steakhouse, but common courtesy is expected of any customer, regardless of restaurant quality. Having spent 5 years in the service industry as a teenager, I'm appalled at seeing a grown man throw tantrums and bully people that are coming into his restaurant. I can't remember his name or if he was even wearing a name tag, but if the overweight African American with one eye is working the cash register, be prepared...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreWe live near this one and still have to drive to one further. It's not the employees fault that the owner doesn't train for proper supply ordering, short staffed all the time, ect. I know there are supply shortages due to the state of the economy, but this store is constantly "out" of things that the other one down the street has. If this is constantly the case, this tells me that they dont know how to do inventory and ordering, or are trying to save money by not ordering enough supplies. And the grill is frequently broken. Also, they are constantly short staffed. Which a lot of places are right now, but it's exceptional. It's not uncommon to have only one person running the entire drivethrough and making the food. That's not fair to the employees or the customers. I'm sure that the employees aren't being paid to do 4 jobs. And often the KFC or the taco bell will be randomly closed, or the whole place will close early or open late. If the franchise owner is going to continue having these issues, maybe they should consider closing one side until further notice so they can get their supply and staffing situation under control. Most people will be understanding about being short on staff. What they don't understand is waiting in line 20 minutes before finding out that half the menu isn't available, and then half of the available side isn't available either. In the current state, it just stresses out your employees needlessly and upsets customers. We've driven off more than once when trying to order off the "available" menu and then everything we try to order isn't actually available either. Literally one time I asked them what they are actually able to make that day after going through 5 items they...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreI'm not one to leave poor reviews, but wow. Went thru the drive thru the other day, got to the window and the young lady said it would be a wait for my KFC fries. I asked if it would be ok if she just gave me an order of the nachos and cheese sauce. (Nearly equal price) she didn't say a word, about 20 seconds later handed me the bag. It had the KFC fries in it. Something seemed odd, so I tried one. It was like they had been sitting for a month. I parked and went inside, the same one from the drive thru window approached me. I simply said the fries were extremely old, and asked for my money back for them. She smirked and walked away. Could even see her laughing, shaking her head, and I'm assuming talking badly about me to a coworker. The next woman that helped me was actually really nice. No smart comments, sarcastic expressions, simply apologized and gave me a refund. I did ask her what her coworkers deal was. And she said she's just a 15 year old kid. At 15 I knew what respect was. What that "kid" did was ignorant....
