I am a blogger and I have been frequenting this location for the last 10 years. I work around the area, and have to say that this location has NEVER seen better days. I recommend the other chains in the area. Poor management and an otherwise dismissive attitude by the franchise owners are to blame. The franchise is still owned by the same owners, however they seem to care less given the consistency of issues that plague this location.
For instance, over the past 10 years I have seen: disgusting floors, bathrooms, unclean apparel from employees (wiping noses or coughing without washing up) food scrapple on the floors as employees are traversing, multiple orders placed incorrectly. Managers are seen hiding in the office, or in the back. Not filling in for workers. Only frequenting up front to take on complaints. They do the bare minimum cleaning or upgrades to fixtures, speaker systems, and have trash littering their grounds. Its dingy, sticky, and gross at times. Tables hardly cleaned. Bees encircling the trash receptacles that are seemingly overflowing of refuse waiting to be removed. Broken pavement and lines which has seen better years.
I cannot count the amount of times that I had received the wrong order or a stale biscuit. The waiting times at both the drive thru and register would have any other chain shuttling employees around the building in an effort to cheat the window system quite frankly. It speaks for itself when you contemplate whether waiting in line for another 15 minutes is worth correcting the wrong cup size, incorrect food, or need the napkin. I would say that this works in their favor. Your better off using the bathroom or a sanitary napkin.
The food is a lottery. At times cold, stale, and rarely available. On the flip side, one can literally burn your lips on available sides that have been sitting under heat for the entirety of the day but make no mistake, this is anything but fresh.
The employees always seem overworked, hectic, and frustrated. Routinely moaning, cussing, and chain smoking. This location never seems to never keep ANY of their staff for the years I have frequented. Some of them I have met in other venues locally, and they bemoan the atrocities of what they experienced. The relief is palpable to my time I was deployed overseas. In some sense it could attribute to their overall anxiety. There has been provocation by employees and customers, and demeaning language used. No one would recommend this location for employment. Supply issues run the gamut from big to small. They do not do well to provide napkins, sauces or silverware. Want a decent tasting soda? Go elsewhere. Its flat or someone forgot to switch the bags. Have an issue with your order? Don't bother. You are either too hungry to wait through the line that one would could only envision while making entry to a Chick-fil-a location. (Please opt for this replacement) This location has suffered repeated closure of one offering of the store. As a matter of fact, I stopped by today (4/30) and they were only offering taco bell, no KFC whatsoever. One would think that would be the worst of it. No, in fact, there were occasions the lobby and the entire restaurant was completely shut down early in the day due to poor staffing or poor maintenance.
One would ask why do I still frequent this establishment? Well, unfortunately I rotate through fast food due to time limitations and this is the last place I would consider investing in. I tolerate it begrudgingly to offer some semblance of variety. Do yourself a favor and skip this place. Or better yet, call KFC/Taco Bell. They desperately need to re-evaluate their franchise renewal. Oh, and forget the survey...the only thing it has to offer is another hook and sinker to make you go through the roller coaster ride once more, despite feeling beaten and bruised. Reminding you, why you should have not stepped back on it.

My box contained my 2 sides, plus a third side that I didn't order...and nothing else. No biscuit, no thighs, no drumstick. How do you forget the chicken at Kentucky Fried CHICKEN??
My husband ordered the tenders box and they forgot his fries and his sauces. At that point he was just happy to have food at all.
The mac and cheese was disgusting, yet I still ate it because I was so hungry because like I said...they forgot my chicken. The mac and cheese was filled to about 50% but considering how disgusting it tasted, that was probably a blessing.
Also...when we picked up our order at the window, the cashier forgot to give us our drinks. We had to ask for them. Otherwise we really would have been sent home with LESS THAN HALF of the items that we'd ordered.
I called this branch immediately to resolve but their line was busy - wouldn't be surprised if they were talking to another customer whose order they botched, based on the other reviews here.
Finally, I called KFC corporate and they gave me a full refund and lodged a formal complaint against this store. This KFC got me so mad I turned into a Karen. But can you blame me? I drove forty minutes to pick up an empty box, then sat on the phone explaining why I should get a refund for the food I paid for and didn't receive. At the end of it, no dinner on the table.    Read moreWent there this past Monday waited 30 minutes in line just to order finally got up to the window to pay gave my card to the girl. She gave it back. Then the general manager Amanda comes to the window and says they canât find my order. What did I have told her what I ordered she then tells me that she needs my card to pay for it, and I explained that I already was charged and she claims that it did not go through then followed it up with it wasnât charged for the correct order and that she promises that I wasnât double charged and that she did a refund of the previous order to make matters even worse. My order still was incorrect when I got home and when I looked at my bank statement. I was in fact, double charged for two different orders on top of having to wait there in the window for an additional 15 minutes. She was very rude and showed very poor customer service. I went back there today to get a refund on her supposed day off the high school girl that is the assistant manager called her up and put us on speakerphone only to be told that itâs her day off and sheâs not dealing with this right now and that I can come back tomorrow when sheâs working and sheâll look into it. This place has got to have the worst management system, accompanied by additional staff that could care less about doing their job correctly.
