Giving this Tim Hortons 2 stars is honestly what it deserves. Iâm not usually very concerned when it comes to fast food chains, but I felt the need to let people know. We went to the drive-thru, and the woman that took our order was very rude and unenthusiastic. We only ordered 3 donuts and 2 drinks, but this woman made it seem like a truckload is food, making sure WE knew how much of a hassle it was for her. The worker didnât even tell us how much we owed them when we pulled up to the window. After all of this, I just brushed it off, hoping the food would make up for it. I was wrong. I myself had ordered a caramel ice cap, which didnât seem very difficult to make. This woman handed me an iced coffee? Nowhere near an ice cap, which was what I had ordered and was also more expensive. It didnât even have caramel or whip cream. Then we received the donuts, which had no wax paper inside, causing all of the chocolate to slide right off. All of the donuts were carelessly thrown in a bag. I am very displeased with the service, and wouldnât go again. Even if it was mostly with the worker that helped us, Tim Hortons should do a better job of looking out for who they hire. I recommend you just go to the Taco Bell next door and get some Cinnabon delights...
   Read moreTerrible customer service & unprofessional. My father told me about an awful experience he had this morning. Asked for two breakfast sandwiches with no cheese. Went through drive thew. Was first told he could not give the breakfast sandwiches back and then was asked for them back and all they did was scrape off the cheese and hand them back. My dad noticed the cheese and asked politely for them to create new sandwiches for him. There was no sense of urgency to do so. They created new sandwiches and the manager was barely even apologetic about what had happend. My dad attempted to give constructive criticism when handed the sandwiches and thanked the manager and walked out. As my dad was walking out one of the staff members was aggressively telling my dad he needed to leave as he was already walking out of the door.
The customer service and lack of professionalism at this place seems ridiculous. I felt bad for my retired dad just trying to get a breakfast sandwich with no cheese and have some respect from people who work there. Learn some common courtesy please. And scraping off cheese from a sandwich and handing it to a customer doesn't seem very...

Disappointed. Prior to the last few weeks, the stars would've been 3 or 4. Honesty, good but not great coffee. The service was really good, but recently disappointed. Check your drive thru order!
Two out of four consistent examples experienced are followed. Ordered four items, with two items both small hot coffees. We only received one out of the two coffees. I asked about it, they said there's only one ordered, so I asked for the receipt. The reply was "we can't, it's already gone." Pick my battles, I moved on.
Next example, I ordered "a number 3 combo with a Sprite." Got to the window and didn't get a combo. So, i asked and they said it wasn't rung up as a combo (someone else took the order). So, I asked how do I do better next time to order a combo. The response was, "you ordered it correctly." Then the awkward silence. Again, pick my battles and I moved on. I have realized there are at least three solid competitors nearby, with less wait time.
