In Salisbury Md. I went to look for a top. I found one I wanted to try on. The dressing room was closed. I asked the loss prevention person if I coul step into the bathroom to try it on. He told me I had to buy it then return it if I didn’t want it. I explained I live in Florida and was here for a funeral. He said it was okay. I tried it on in the nasty bathroom (which I wouldn’t have gone into other wise) I liked it and was putting my own shirt back on when two women charged into the bathroom telling me I couldn’t try on clothes I’m there, there’s a sign on the door blah blah blah. I told them the guy said I could but they continued to verbally assault me. Read moreI have been coming here for years & I love shopping here. HOWEVER, last month I had a very negative experience with Manager Kelly. The tone and response I received as a paying customer was disappointing and quite frankly rude. The fact that management cannot communicate effectively is concerning especially given this store is a great option for bargain shopping. Read moreI was about to buy a dress. As the cashier was about to ring it up, I saw pinkish spots on the upper part of it. The dress is all white. I told the cashier " nevermind, I didn't see the spots before now." She said I could wash it and if they didn't come out, I could bring it back. I never knew that.
