My experience was horrible the manager and another member was so rude with me and another customer,, I went to the store with my kids to buy clothes for school and first the lady told me that it was only 3 items at the time an I was ok with that but then she told me that I can't go in with my daughter,, an 8 years old girl even if I know my daughter know how dress herself when you go to the store yourself sometimes you need help well I stayed out on the door and my daughter start feeling bad because everytime she put the new clothe I have to open the door and she doesn't like that then another customer go in with her daughter and the employee told her she can't be there and the mom told her that her daughter just need help a moment and she went with the manager and told her that the mom was inside with her daughter then the manager came with atitud was on that moment that I just ask her why she have to be so rude and she was disrespectful calling me rude then another customer go in to the fitting room and she open the door with out tell her anithing I think somebody needs to adress this situation,,, only 3 fitting spaces were open and a lot of stuff in front the other doors,, she was rude because is not what you said is...

I’ve been shopping at this store for years always loved the prices the clothing an the options but the owner should really think about going undercover as a customer an shopping at the Salisbury location the items are everywhere nothing is in the right place an the staff are always super rude an impatient you’d think they were the customers. Today I found myself buying my son a few outfits it was close to closing when I seen a rack of Clarence 2 piece sets of course I ran to it just to find every item except like 3 were marked different in price an when I asked the lady at the front her response is “select items are priced for clearance so I kindly state why put them on the clearance she then responded “are you gonna ask questions or are you going to shop?” impatiently an rudely she then kept loudly repeating “I’m so ready to go home” this location has the absolute worse set of staff members for a retail job an that sucks that they are making this store brand look so bad. Should truly rethink employing the older black woman with grains of blonde rice for hair she overly rude!!! I won’t be returning to this location an I’ll make sure to let my mom groups on...

This store is horrible! To start with it's severely crowded, lots of items are misplaced, and even more items have fallen onto the floor and have been left there. The fitting rooms are a major problem... They only have three open because they have stock in the other ones and they're dirty. Mine had a collage of bubble gum on the wall, there's a lack of privacy because the door is so short, and the mirrors were installed too low to the floor so, most customers can't see above their shoulders. There also was no return rack for unwanted items. But the worst part is that the employees are unwelcoming and impolite. They are rude to customers, immature and overall just don't know good customer service. If I could rate this any...
