DTLR — Local services in Salisbury

A 1 star was given because I didn’t have a choice of giving no stars. The customer service is nonexistent in this location. No greeting upon entering the store. The workers look at you and just stare. Another turn off is the very strong smell/odor of marijuana in this store. The smell was so strong I thought I was going to get a contact high. At that point I was ready to leave this store and never return. I cannot and will not shop in an atmosphere like that. I had my 13 year old son and my 3 year old glam-child with me and they are not used to being in an environment like that. Great shoe selection, however the customer service is consistently, absolute TRASH. If I could vote negative 5 stars, I would. My intention was to spend about $300 to $400 on shoes for my kiddies, but was so turned off by the rudeness of one of the workers, I decided to take my money elsewhere. I would give them no stars if I could. The shoe had one price and it rang up double the price. It was the shoe on display, but all of a sudden they can’t find the sale price sticker that was on the shoes. Moral of the story being dishonest made you miss out on 3 pairs of shoes...
