I called and heard on the answering machine a secondary number I could reach out to to get the subs and amplifier I have wired up. I texted and received a response in about 15minutes asking the specifics of what I needed and was scheduled the same day and work was completed in a very clean and professional manner. I couldn't ask for a better experience, alot of other car stereo stores wanted to charge ridiculous pricing as well, but they won't be getting anymore work from me it's really not worth it all. Frank took the time to explain that we could attempt to find an original manufacturer radio, but it wouldn't be a good idea. He explained that due to the year of my car, the radio would most likely come from a salvaged vehicle with a risk of it not working, no warranty and the price would be the same as a new radio. So we decided to get a new radio that easily fit in my dash. It looks like it came with the car. It's compatible with my phone and has so many features. It was less expensive than OEM and it has a great warranty. I did get estimates from others for the same radio and they were about $250 higher than Salisbury Stereo. Read moreGreat service, and a totally competent and skilled craftsman. I handed Frank a car that was an absolute wiring mess from hell - none of us knew this beforehand, we only discovered the wiring from hell when things were taken apart.
Most guys would have been really angry, but Frank just rolled with it. He had to rewire everything, and never complained or asked for more money because there was more work to do.
