I called around 9am and was told that they had room for a couple's massage for our anniversary. I got an 11:30 appointment. I was really happy that they can take a couple at such last minute. I didn't have luck the last two places I called. When we got there however, it turned the didn't have couples massage rooms.They put us in separate rooms. I almost changed my mind but they were very nice and welcoming. My husband had also paid and tipped when we checked in. I got a really good massage (my best so far) until she applied hot stones. I don't think she understood me when I said that the stones were too hot. She went and got another hot set, laughed a little (like I was being a wimp 🙂) and said, "hot hot, good for youuuu!". My back still hurts two days later. My husband assures me that I don't have burn marks though.. so I wonder it it's my muscles. She massaged my posterior very well from head to toe and keeping me covered where needed. When she turned me over, she covered my chest, pelvic and quads with a long towel, then massaged my neck, arms, and jumped to lower legs and feet. She skipped my quadriceps. I don't think she understood me when I asked if they don't massage upper legs. Or, she understood and was rushing to get to the next customer, I don't know. She answered the phone once and left my room like 5 times. Once to respond to a doorbell where she told the customer to come back in 15 minutes. Didn't say excuse me or sorry. The other 4 times was to get hot stone and warm towels. When I got a massage at the chiropractor or at the Gaylord Resort, they had everything in the room and my booked time was my time alone. It turned out my husband didn't get a good massage at all. Also had communication problems and the massage not as good as mine or the Gaylord resort's. He didn't get hot stones either and we paid the same price. So good luck with the communication, and the quality of your massage will depend on who you get. Hopefully they don't forget...

No stars My husband booked me a appointment for my birthday I was so excited to come get my massage when I get there the door was locked so I hit the door bell this lil Chinese lady comes to the door she is looking at me like what are you doing here so she then let’s me in i tell her my husband booked me an apt at 11 she looking all confused like she don’t know what’s going on then she said okay pay now so I did then she hands me the receipt to sign and she says all aggressive tip now , I’m like let me get the massage first then I will tip you it was a no for me way to aggressive 0/10 stars will never step foot in this place again ‼️ I asked for my money back and she was upset started speaking on her language and told me to not...

Very rude she was expecting a tip but I only had big bills , didn’t give me a chance to tell her my options for tip and then immediately rushed me out the door , oh and locked it !& yelled something in her language even tho I gave her $3 because that’s literally all the loose change I have . She also left my room about three times with the door open . I recommend you to never go here she’s rude , you can tell in the brows that they are not very nice people. It’s cheap but you get what...
