I don't like being ripped off I came in to the store to change my plan for two phones I payed 110 a month so I thought that getting two more phone a month would be great some my first phone plan was done and so on the 12th I payed 200 something for my old phone bill and payed for two new phone to be activated she said my phone would be prorated and I only would need to pay other phone bill I go to the store he told me that it was only 35 in the account but I still payed 118 for all phone when on the 12 of this month I payed 200+ and then one the 26 of this month I payed 118 if I knew it would cost so much or if there was another way of taking care of it with costing so much it hurts that you had a long term customer and rip them off but if have four phone from some one else it would be cheaper I'm most definitely not going this place as my phone company after this month you just lost a customer for riping me of and not porvideing me with other options. p.s. there always on one employee in the store so all most every time you have too wait any where from 15 - 30minutes to pay phone I found it a lot easyer when I just went to local grocery store to pick up...
Read moreAfter Virgin Mobile was bought out by Boost Mobile I was reluctant to get involved with the plan very deeply because I wasn't sure how well they operated. But I am extremely happy with Boost I get a mobile hotspot on my phone every month with my plan renewal which I did not have with Virgin Mobile and the support people or the sales people at this particular store the lady is a Hispanic and she is well versed, she knows her stuff; she's very friendly and nice and I am happy to recommend this store to anybody considering switching to Boost because I plan to stay with them for a long time. I also understand that they have a particular plan that includes Wi-Fi access to various hotspots all included with your plan and that would be fabulous because right now I am paying upwards of $60 a month just for Wi-Fi access through Xfinity and sometimes it's worth it sometimes it's not to have to pay that extra. Read moreBoth times I've been in there, terrible customer service. They can't be bothered to look up from their phones to make eye contact. The person behind the counter could barely speak English. I'm sorry this is America. Speak the language. I wanted to pay my bill and it was too much money. I've been paying for insurance I didn't want or ask for. Well I got a little upset and she refused to take my payment. By doing this she endangered my children who need to be able to get ahold of me anytime. They are special needs. So I will never enter that store again and if for some reason she's somewhere else the same thing will happen. I will tell everyone I know not to go...
