The space is quaint with ample seating inside and outdoors. The social environment is young and seemingly professional. The chai tea iced with whole milk and almond milk was very nice. Sweeter than some who have more of the spicy taste to them. I will admit though, the reason I will go back without a question was the raspberry breakfast cake I indulged with. It was so good you would have thought it was the first meal of the two of us who had purchased it, mind you neither offered to share with others in our part, as we both started with the face of shock and "no it cannot be this good!"
Both exclaimed, "This cake is so good" but didn't come up for air or to speak until it was completely gone including some of the napkin it was served on. Rich flavor with some weight to the pastry but not too heavy try their pastries at your own risk. Lord knows I am going to gain a bit of a belly at this...

Today I asked for a free cup of black coffee if I bought 1lb, and teller said no (this is something other boutiques will do for free. For $19-$20 for a 12oz bag, it’s a nice touch to throw in a cup that costs you less than 20c to make). If I did, I would think, “can I just buy a watermelon?” Grocery stores don’t fly them, why do coffee shops? Why can’t I buy coffee here and get my ethics somewhere else? Anyway—love the coffee, hold my nose on the flag, and will keep coming back until I can find the equivalent...
Read moreMy boyfriend went out to grab coffee this morning and decided to stop at this new location. When he got there, he noticed an employee setting up for the day. We've had some issues lately with google times and yelp times misleading us on location hours lately. He proceeded to ask her if the shop is currently open or in the process of opening and would be ready soon to serve. She rudely told him that he needed to go check the hour signs for that when she could have taken 10 more seconds to greet him, let him know they are in fact open, and for all information on store hours, he could read the sign posted on the door. Maybe she wasn't having a great start to the day, but customer service is key. The coffee, itself, is pretty good. But due to the one staff ruining it for all, we don’t think we'll be back...
