Update:Michelle called me today 3/28/25 and canceled my membership and refunded the fraudulent charges. She also gave me back the credits that were wrongfully charged in a gift card form. I appreciate Michelle for doing the right thing so I changed my rating. I wish i didn't have to go through all the hassle to get this squared away but glad it is taken care of now

I signed up for the membership last year and have let the credits stack up as I didn't go in monthly. I recently started going for 90 minutes to use my credits faster by booking ( 2) 90 min massages to use up 3 credits. I was told this could be done by 2 different employees. And come to find out they have been billing me 2 credits for each 90 minute massage. I told them that is not OK. Why would I pay more for a service for the fun of it? $140 (not including tip)for a 90 min mediocre massage?! Get over yourselves. Instead when i asked for management to call me because I should have several credits left they charged my card $109.95 the cost of an actual 90 minute massage and continued to bill my monthly membership fee of $69.95! After I told Michelle a supervisor? To cancel the membership last week. She instructed she would and would get back to me in regards to my missing creditsand that I would hear back by end of week thur/ Friday. It is now Monday 3/24/25 and no one has returned my calls and no one is answering my calls DO NOT TRUST THIS BUSINESS! I will be filing fraud charges...

I scheduled a facial and couples massage here. I was really excited, even considering signing up for a membership. The day before my couples massage I was advised one of their providers was no longer available and they were unable to book us on a day that would accommodate both our schedules. I decided to just give my massage to my fiancé and I would go another day, but was really disappointed. On the day of my facial, I mistakenly put in the wrong location. When I arrived, the nice lady at the front desk reassured me it’s no big deal, it happens all the time since there are several locations. She offered to call Brickyard to let them know what happened and they could waive the cancellation fee, however, when she called they told her they were going to charge the cancellation fee since their provider was here and I wasn’t.

I completely understand the mistake I made, and I feel bad for inconveniencing them, however, I find it extremely hypocritical they can cancel my service but when I make a mistake I’m reprimanded. I canceled my upcoming massage, I have no desire to do business with this location. Customer service is a major thing for me, and this location seems to be lacking that. I’m really disappointed.

We decided to do a girls spa day today at Hand & Stone massage and Facial today. We were greeted by a very friendly front staff upon entering. I loved the full display of products and candles in the front so we could browse while waiting (we arrived early). The soy candles smell amazing, btw!

The place was very clean, including the restroom. We all did massages and facials. My favorite was the facial! It’s a very nice, wide table/chair that you recline in with a comfy blanket and bolster under your legs. I decided to do an upgrade and chose the Diamond Glow. My skin still feels absolutely amazing!!!! It’s so baby-skin soft!

When I came out I was greeted with water and free samples of product by my esthetician, which was a super cool surprise. While waiting on one of the other ladies we enjoyed free coconut water and looked through the wide array of products offered.

If you are looking for an awesome girls day activity, or mommy-daughter date, I recommend trying out the Hand & stone on brickyard Rd. Very friendly staff and lots of places to shop afterwards right there in the parking lot.
