Grooms mom here: We had Rachel at Jolleys do flowers for our wedding dinner and the bridal party. When we got to the venue, vases had fallen and broken and water spilled all over dinner tables…no one in sight so we had to fix it ourselves. During the reception, they cleaned up AND TOOK THE FLOWERS I PAID FOR!!! I looked in the fridge, garbages, etc thinking they would’ve laid them somewhere for me to take home…nope, gone and again no one from Jolleys in sight to ask! Literally thousands of dollars spent on these basic flowers and literally NOTHING to show for it. I was extremely upset. And clearly still 3 weeks post wedding still angry when I think about it. Also, somehow I got the invoices for ALL of the bridal party…all of the bouquets, all of the boutonnière’s, all of the corsages, etc. I called Jolleys but no one could help me and Rachel wasn’t there and she never returned my call. I guess I shouldn’t have paid the invoice by the due date and then someone would’ve wanted to call me! We were supposed to have magnets on the backs of boutonnières but it came with a pin…which also ruined my son’s white shirt which was beneath the suit coat!! These flowers were my BIGGEST disappointment of this wedding. I would shout from rooftops not to use this place. Very over priced for what you get and nothing special. Recently a 60 year female family member was accused of stealing merchandise from this store and was asked to leave and never return. First of all this accusation was completely unwarranted because this could never happen and the owner could provide no evidence of this and would not provide a copy of the incident she said she had on tape. We have asked her repeatedly to provide this and also to provide an apology to us. Nothing has been delivered. She also claimed that Harmons next door had the same experience with our family member. We confronted Harmons as well and they had no idea what we were talking about. This is obviously a case of profiling because our family doesn’t look the part of a delightsome Mormon. We will never ever shop at this business again and I would encourage the entire community to do the same. These people are a perfect example of the deplorable attitudes that some people in this valley have towards others. I couldn’t find a negative star rating on this site so I can’t feel good at all about the single star rating. Not so...

Rachel was recommended to us by our wedding planner for our floral arrangements. We had an idea of what we were looking for, and Rachel helped to bring that vision to life. She walked us through different options for the various arrangements so that we could select what resonated with us most. I’d provided a list of flowers I really liked, the colors I was interested in, and the general aesthetic, and Rachel pulled it all together for an amazing final result. When I was curious about what types of flowers would make it into the final arrangements, she kindly sent over the entire list of what she was ordering for our event. We got SO many compliments on our floral! The only thing I’d mention as a potential area for improvement is response time with email correspondence, however I understand she is often busy with other events.
