I love this place! It has become a part of my weekly routine and I go every single day… They have leg compressions to help stimulate your lymphatic system in your legs and increased circulation and blood flow throughout your legs… Oh cryotherapy chamber that helps your body reset all necessary things by triggering a fight or flight response. The full body shaker to help stimulate your lymphatic system and your digestive system. Plus they have red light therapy. The redlight really helps to improve my mood and it feels like I get a nice dose of sunshine on my skin and on my mind without using a tanning bed! I highly recommend this place. It’s a must! Read moreThis place is the absolute business! Everyone inside—including the staff, other clientele, and the owner (Tom Taylor) are super friendly and eager to help you with whatever you need. Personally, I have seen the most improvement in my recovery (aches and pains from pre existing injuries or soreness from tough workouts) from the chamber, PEMF, and laser treatments. With that said, I do enjoy the red light therapy, and hyperbaric oxygen treatment as well.
