When I first met Natalie, I was 48 years old, weighed 215 lbs, and had over 38% body fat. Today, Iām down to 207 lbs with 28% body fat, and Iāve seen incredible improvements in both my strength and overall mental and physical well-being. Natalie has been instrumental in helping me transform my body and mindset. She focused on correcting my basic movements and form. The class group sizes are perfect sized for you to get the right amount of attention from the coaches but have the space to do things at the pace and intensity that best works for you on that day. I had to take a break due to an unexpected health issue and had a ton of inertia in going back to classes, the coaches Natalie and Jordan were amazing in helping me ramp back up into workouts. Natalie consistently followed up with me and soft pushed for motivation to resume fitness journey. She tailored her advice to best fit my needs and continues giving me pointers to keep improving. I'm also glad for her encouragement and referral to a PT for me to continue working on longer term posture improvements in parallel to the workouts.
Big shout out to Jordan who runs the afternoon and evening sessions, makes the classes engaging and super fun. He brings a ton of positive energy to the class and makes it a point to pay attention to every person in the class. Jordan consistently helps me improve my posture, form and movements. The guided warm up conditioning pre-class and post class stretches make a huge difference in your quality of life compared to other gyms.

I can honestly say this hand on heart.
Prior to joining, i wasnāt really an exercise person, at all. Over the years, I have dabbled in gyms along the way, but never found anything that clicked for me. I just didnāt get it. Or the exercise I got bored with. But the day I went in to SCF that changed for me. Each time I went there was something different to learn, something new to try, and then it was about how hard could I push myself within myself. I love the philosophy, and the coaches have a way that keeps me both motivated, interested and above all - healthy and fit. The coaches are talented and quite different in style but they work extremely well together and with you and are educated in both technique and fitness which means safety is also important and the personal coaching that I have had about even basic things is wonderful. They hold a wealth of knowledge and this is so important I think in todays fitness.
