Mud Bay — Local services in Sammamish

So helpful and friendly! They truly want what is best for me and my pets. I shopped here originally because they were local and close to home, but these guys have won my loyalty firmly now!

Pros: quality. I never worry about something lasting if I get it here! willing to quietly greet shy dogs to help with socializing provide free samples (cans or sample bags) if worries about trying a new food or treat with a pet that has food sensitivities very very knowledgeable about pet care and everything in their store provide research backed pamphlets/resources if asked about a variety of topics (helps start or continue conversations with vet) take back any food or product (even if open!) if it doesn’t work for your pet. I’ve done this once after one of my dogs passed on and was so grateful they were willing to take the food and donate it! very friendly, always greeted with a smile and “can I help you carry that?” willing to order foods they don’t carry in store as long as their suppliers carry it (even grain-friendly!)

I have not shopped at Mud Bay often. But needed a little assistance with my 22 year old, sweet pup who is not getting enough nutrients in her daily diet. I popped in the other night to see if there was any thing that would be helpful to add to her food. The very friendly sales associate pointed out a few products that may be beneficial to her. I took them home and try them and came back actually to stock up on a few other flavors for her. I was blown away by the great customer service I received this evening with two of the sales associate who gave me samples and a welcome new customer gift certificate to use on my next purchase. Shoutout to the incredible staff at Mud Bay in Sammamish! Everyone that works there is so welcoming from the second you walk in the door. I had to find an allergy safe option for my dog who’s allergic to everything and the whole crew was searching the computers and going through the isles reading labels on bags. We found one that will work and they even gave me few additional samples to try too! I was so relieved and appreciated their help so much. I would have searching online forever otherwise.
