I loved this place .. the decorations, the music were so magical, the food was good, I ordered Shish tawook and it was delicious, the chicken well cooked. The service was amazing, April was so nice, she made sure that we got everything we needed, and we're enjoying our meal. The only thing I would want the owner to think about is having more variety of Mediterranean food. İt's Lebanese restaurant, so I was expecting more dishes. .. Update: I wasn't satisfied with the service in this location in the last couple of times I went there, especially after opening their Seattle location. They sanitize the tables but don't look under them, tons of food and dirt. Also, it is hard for them to manage tables with 8+ guests. I called 5 hours before going there to RSVP a table and they couldn't bother to prepare the table and put the dishes and silverware, so the waiter threw them in the middle of the table and we had to distribute them among us. Taking orders wasn't fun and the waiter wasn't happy, even though we were patients and understandable. We got the pita bread and the side orders then waited for about 45 minutes to get the main orders even there were a few people in the restaurant. The food tasted good but the service wasn't good. On top of that, after going home, I noticed there is a mistake in the bill, they charged me more than what we ordered. I called them same day and talked to the waiter who issued the bill and he promised to call back next morning to fix the issue and refund me the rest. I waited 2 days, no one called so I called them back. He said we didn't find any issue with the bill but I'm sure he didn't bother to even double check. I have calculated everything we ordered using an excel sheet, then he said I don't think there is an issue but I'll refund the tips amount. I really don't appreciate that! Neither me or my family are going to that location anymore. I'm writing this comment so they can care more about these details not to make...
Read moreMy review will be based on many factors, my overall experience was good, and yes I would recommend to check this place out: 1- Food: we tried the brekfast dishes such as coctail manooshe, batata harra, hummus and shakshouka. Manosheh was very good, shakshouka was good but totally different than the shakshouka we know but i liked it, batat harra wasnt spicy at all ( while it should from the name specially) and was too much oily, humus was tasty. Their bread was the best, very hot and fresh Because they bake it. 2- service: good, waiters were polite and looking clean. food came just on time, however. Didn't like the fact that waiters are not available all the time so we had to look for them couple of times, another thing i didnt like they don't note down the order so they forgot the tea we ordred so we had to remind them about it. 3- portions: pretty good. 4- atmosphere and decorations: very quite, would loved if there were some arabic soft music in the background, instead of being so calm in a way that other people could literally hear our conversation. Also something didn't like that the place was almost empty, we were the only couple there around 4:00 pm on sunday. Very nice decoration and it has the Arabic atmosphere with nice arts on the walls and comfy chairs. 5- Price: too expensive. One of two reasons that would make me hesitant to go there frequently, i believe they should bring the prices down a lil bit if they want to continue, especially because medetranian people go to restaurant in large groups or families, so one trip will be very costly. ( this is just an advice) 6- location: so far away for many people i guess. However the...
Read moreThis restaurant is out for f this galaxy. Not only good food. It is Halal food. All meat there is halal. We ordered family mix grill. This order comes with rice and 5 sides. We ordered humus, babaghanog, cheese fatayer, lebneh, and greek salad. Everything we ordered was super fresh, super delicious. The staff is super friendly and the service was really quick. In contrast to other restaurants were we have to wait half an hour for our order, in this restaurant the lady who was serving is was very quick in bringing everything in the right time. Another thing that was outstanding about this restaurant is the location. Guys, the view from indoor is amazing. You see the mountain from a distance, greens down of you sight. The breath of the air with their widely open window was charming and relaxing. This restaurant is really not like any other restaurant i have been to. The decorations was amazing, so oriental, classic, simple, of spirit. It is just unique. You will be amazed from first moment you enter until last step out of it. If i can recommend it 10000 times I will. And I will definitely come back for breakfast and lunch. By the way, they had nice breakfast menu including “shakshhkah” (eggs with tomato and onion). What else can i say. I am still thrilled with the experience. Not only me, my husband and other family members who accompanied us. The only thing that I didn’t like was the konafa. I think the reason is it was not the regular kunafah i know. It was lebanese kinafa which is made of different ingredients and tastes total different than what i was expecting. It might be good for ppl...
