This is the worst Chipotle location I have ever been to. They are horrible with their consistency with their food and every time I make an online order items are missing and the food is not the same quality as other locations.

A few days ago, when my wife went to get dinner for our family, they told her that they were only doing online orders and would not help customers who actually came to the store to make an order. That was frustrating, but we figured it couldn’t be their normal operating procedure to turn away paying customers who are right in front of them.

Tonight I went back to give them one last chance. There were no signs on the door or anywhere indicating they wouldn’t help me, so I went inside and was told that, yet again I had wasted my time and they were only taking online orders.

This is ridiculous - at least put up a sign and let me know that your operation is poorly managed and doesn’t care about their customers. I own a business in sammamish. I know it’s difficult to find good employees, but I would never treat people this way. Very poor customer service.

The Chipotle organization should seriously consider closing this location or at least completely taking over management - this location makes the company look...

Original Review: (one star) I like Chipotle, but this store is a hot mess. Every time we order something online for pickup or delivery, something gets messed up. For example, we just ordered a steak burrito bowl and they didn't add the steak. How do you miss the most important ingredient? Missing or incorrect ingredients seems to be the biggest reoccuring issue; we've even ended up with someone else's burrito (meaning they were missing part of their order). When we do pickup, the orders are never ready on time. There also doesn't appear to be a way to say that something was missing from your order through the app, and given how often we've had problems, I've seriously searched. I'd give up on this location all together if it wasn't so much more convenient than driving into Issaquah (though honestly, the extra 20 minute drive may be worth avoiding the usual...
